Mr. Mumford is a very good car salesman and knows his product which in this case was a 2012 Prius. It made it a very easy decision to purchase one of these automobiles.

Mr. Mann was excellent in his presentation and knowledgeable of the vehicle and its safety features. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This was my third vehicle purchased from Keith Pierson Toyota and I will definitely be back to purchase my fourth. The state of the art facility and the personal attention I received were among the aspects that I liked the most!!

Everything about the experience was excellent. My salesman Daniel was very committed to my satisfaction was consideration of my time. He kept all of the followup calls brief, yet very professional. the entire time he was very polite and he knows his product very thoroughly.

On February 14, 2012 we purchased a 2011 Toyota Avalon from Keith Pearson Toyota. It I was a pleasant experience because we had a very knowlegable sales person, Donald Dwyche. He was and has been since the sale very helpful in making our decision. We checked our Consumers Report Service and found the price of the Avalon and the price given for our trade in was within $100.00 of the fair price. Besides Donald the service for 2 years and the warranty were the reason we traded with Keith Pearson. Sincerely, Fred and Joyce Barnes

Buy a Toyota from Keith Pierson! Go to Daniel! The service and experience from the crew was wonderful...even with my two year old screaming and running all over the place. Daniel was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Keith Pierson himself even took time to acknowledge my family. Even the woman in Finance was very patient, and kind, as my child took over her office. Everyone did everything they could to make us comfortable. I'm still excited about the Lifetime Warranty and 2yr FREE Maintenance. I absolutely LOVE my new car. I should've bought a car from them a long time ago.

I would like to mention the great service that everybody gave me in relation to the maintenance of my Venza, specifically the driver DJ. This gentleman was so polite and patient, I gave him the wrong directions and still he kept the most positive attitude. He really made my day!!!

Keith Pierson is a good dealership. I came in the first time and just looked around to get a feel for my price range. I came back a week later and bought a Rav 4, which is perfect for our family.

Donald did a great job on the presentation. I was given a couple of options with regards to different cars. Your team did a great job also; they listened to me and understood where I was on where the payments needed to be!!! .

This has to be the best experience yet, everyone was so courteous and very pleasant. We have already recommended a few people and said nothing but great things towards everyone we came into contact with. In all we were absolutely pleased with everyone especially our sales man, Kennedy, We were very comfortable from the moment he walked up to the time we were driving with our new vehicle. I went in to purchase my 3rd new car from Keith Pierson Toyota and at first everything was ok. The other two cars I have bought there we financed through the dealership and didn't have any major issues. This time my wife and I decided to fiance through our credit union. We went to the dealer with our bank draft ready to trade in and buy a new car. After finding one that we liked, we negotiated on the price and I tried to use a $500 dollar off coupon that I was given after buying our last car for the purchase of another one. They refused to take it. First they said I had to present before talking about price. I said the coupon doesn't say that, then they looked at it and said it can't be used with any other special offer, and they consider my credit union loan a special offer, even though they had nothing to do with it, and gave me no breaks on the cost because of it. Here is what really pissed me off, after we agreed to a price, they told us we had to fill out a credit finance agreement. When we asked why, because we weren't financing they told us they had to check to make sure we weren't on the OFAC list (which is a list of terrorists and forgien agents not allowed to buy anything in the US). I was not very happy about this and asked again, and again, thy just kept repeating the words 9/11 and terrorists like that was supposed to scare me. I got on my phone looked up the law, and all it says is that they have to check to make sure your name is not on the OFAC list, which I then downloaded to my phone, it's that hard to get. They still refused to continue the paperwork unless they ran our full credit reports. I will never buy another car from these people again.

My experience with Kennedy and Keith Pierson Toyota was one off the best experiences I have had in a long time. Everything Kennedy told me over the phone about the Camry was right on spot when I arrived at the dealership. I would recommend Kennedy and Pierson to all of my family and friends. Thank you for making my experience pleasant! There was no need for improvement, the experience was outstanding!

The mechanics will advise you on what you absolutely need to get done to keep your vehicle operating at its peak without charging you for services that are just 'frills.' Rates are competitive and the service will be the best you have experienced. Give Keith Pierson Toyota a try and I promise you won't regret it!

Outstanding customer service. Everyone was eager to keep the customer happy and do whatever it took to put me in a new Carolla. I received fair value on my trade-in and was able to arrange a payment schedule that worked to my needs. Rafael facilitated much of the deal, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Afer being treated horribly at another area Toyota dealership, I visited Keith Pierson's Toyota and was very happy with the entire transaction from the first phone call to the many follow-up calls I have received simply to ensure I am happy with my new RAV4 Limited. My salesperson, "Jackie," did everything possible to ensure I got the car I wanted -- with the options I wanted -- and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend both the dealership AND JACKIE! Everyone I met there made me feel welcome and comfortable. Keith Perison has gotten right--treat the CUSTOMER respectfully and fairly and you will earn that customer's loyalty and respect and that customer will reward the dealership with additional business. That's exactly what I have done -- I am sendig other potential Toyota buyers to Keith Pierson's (and to Jackie, specifically). BTW, can't wait to write a really bad review of the other dealership.

I get full service when I bring my car here. They're ready for you and the service will call for you and they do it in a timely manner. They'll get what you need if they don't have it.

I went into service regarding a recall for my truck. Between the service technicians and managers, arguing with me about whether or not I needed to come in, even AFTER telling them that I had received a letter from TOYOTA, still didn't know what to do when I brought the truck in. The feeling as a customer is very "as a matter of fact," but I guess that is due to the large number of customers they service, that you will get the feeling of being a number and not a FUTURE customer.

Ironically, my wife and I are in the market for another vehicle, so while it was in service, I walked out to look at some Avalons. It took almost 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence. I understand low pressure sales, but the cursory, "Hi, my name is Keith, please let me know if you have any questions..." would have been MORE than suffice. As opposed to the, 'I have one foot out the door, by the way, were you helped?' type of response I got.

I was highly disappointed with the overall experience, but even more so with the service department. After you buy a vehicle, THEY are whom you will have your 5-15 year relationship with. Today, they made me not even want to go out on a second date.

I went to Keith Pierson Toyota with a 2010 Jaguar that I have had horrible customer service with. At Keith Pierson Toyota the salesman said that he wanted to put me in a car that was as comfortable as my Jag and he did so. I happily left the Jag for a new Camry. With all the many commercials I've seen on TV, Keith is a family man who cares about family and his customers. It's a pleasure doing business here.

I have just purchased a new Avalon and buying it was a very pleasant experience. I have always hated buying a car because it is so stressful for me. My salesman Ralph Rodrigoez made it so easy. He answered all questions, didn't pressure me on anything and was so helpful in every step of the buying process. I would 100% recommend Ralph if you are interested in buying a new Toyota. You won't be disappointed.

I was in the market for a 2009-11 model vehicle with great options. I was introduced to Rafael R. who was by far the most honest, courteous and professional salesman I have come across during my car buying experiences. He was friendly and worked hard to ensure I was happy with my choice.. of course he did not have the final say on price but I could tell he was not trying to take advantage of me.

My long review was cancelled some how. So this will be short.
Bought van from Keith Pierson Toyota with verbal warranty.. Van broke down within two months. Manager no longer there and warranty no good. Told van not worth fixing and we were sold a car. Total cost: $22,672.
Keith Pierson allowed this to happen to me 81 and my wife 79. We need a class action law suite to force car dealers to stop ripping off the public.
