I really don't like this place. My lease is up soon and they sent me a notification...thanking me for being a great tenant inviting me to renew my lease and that they would be raising my rent by $100 if I were to renew. This is a joke. Needless to say I'm moving out once the lease is up. I have issues with this place. It's not worth what they charge you

I have lived here a year (moved from Maine 2 years ago) and had the worst living experience of my life.
We moved in Nov 1, 2009 excited to have access to 2 hot tubs, just to have them cemented over a month and a half later with no warning.
During which time, the leasing office must have failed to mention to us that the complex had put in an order (12/4/2009) to start complete renovations inside and out. This is a month after we moved in.
I bartend and living for a year with construction starting at 8 am with workers setting generaters outside your bedroom window after rolling in at 4 am from work... not fun.
Construction lead to my room mate's and my room being flooded because the workers are careless. 3 days each of us had to sleep on the couch because of a giant fan (sounded like a jet engine) placed in our rooms to air out the water damage... left water damage on the walls.. mold'' yes
Construction workers did about $3,000 damage (backed into the hood and unprofessional workers being lazy and not cleaning up the work site lead to me replacing all tires) to my car (2004 Mazda Rx8) that I recently bought in May 2010. (happend 1 month after i bought the car)... Trust me i made them pay repair bills.
When we called for Pest control the guy said there is nothing they can do, that the apartments have German cockroaches, they've been here before we moved in and will still be here after we move out no matter what they do...
There was a shooting on Beach Club side
Always cops around responding to crimes.
its been hell here.
Management office lied to our face about not knowing about the contruction ahead of time when its stated online by Googling it that they knew
Microwave worked if you slamed the door close a couple times. Kitchen light came on about 12 minutes after you turned it on... They did nothing about these problems for us (knowing when we move out its going to get all renovated)
I COULD GO ON AND ON NO JOKE
dont recommend this place its been hell.
The only thing management (cough Keren) could come up with a for a solution to our problems is a free carpet cleaning!!! while all the other apartments are getting new carpeting due to renovations... thanks no! we're movin on up...
