Attorney Shari Jo Wilson, November 9th, 2010, was in the Honorable Judge Charlie Crawford's Court room located in Viera, Florida. A recording of that public inquiry certified as a public document reveals her stating she did not care what her client wants she doesn't get paid enough in these types of cases. It would appear she has violated Florida Bar Rules Rule 4-1.1, Rule 4-1.2, Rule 4-1.3, Rule 4-1.4, Rule 4-1.7, Rule 4-3.2 and Rule 4-8.4.

Furthermore, she has been witnessed in stating the petitioner was in control of the witness list and that the respondent, Joseph Kirk, could not bring his witnesses or evidence to court. She also stated, as a conflict of interest, she was good friends with opposing counsel Daniel Freyberg. Attorney Shari Jo Wilson also, before trial, stated she did not want to represent the respondent in the court of appeals. This implies she already planned on losing the case after being asked to dismiss herself by her client due to her non-representation.

The question of non-representation can be easily established as the facts are clear. Shari Wilson refused to contact her client and inform him of any current motions/petitions or even to discuss his case as required by Florida Bar Rule 4-1.4. This can be proven by the County Sheriff Land Records Office being requested by Mr. Kirk every couple of weeks in person to check the record for anything new or that may look important. Her previous statement as to not caring what her client's wishes were due to economical standing, as also shown in Title 18 section 242 of the United States Code, are not only inappropriate but violates most of the laws, rules, procedures, constitutional rights and policies listed below.

The father was court ordered to have visitation at least twice a week with great emphasis on 'at least'. To date, since November of 2011, father has not received that visitation nor was any motion for contempt filed by her as required to address that grievance. The case was a private petition by the petitioner for the purposes of an illegal adoption, as related cases also show the same purpose, and the petitioner's attorney responded to the Florida Bar that no one was attempting to adopt Joseph Kirk's daughter. After being faxed that information she has failed to address the court about the fraud nor informed the Florida Bar.

Shari Wilson's response to the Florida bar states she was zealously representing her client Joseph Kirk. None of the above was represented to the tribunal despite the astounding fact it was a private petition for an adoption. Petitioner's counsel, Attorney Scarlett Davidson, was served a subpoena in line with obtaining a deposition on the fraud. Subsequently, Attorney Scarlett Davidson had him arrested to avoid that legal process.

Attorney Shari Wilson refused to represent her client and instead concealed witnesses and evidence. This can be proven on record by her objecting to her own client, Joseph Kirk, rebutting the petitioner's claim by testifying to when the child lived with him and the mother. She also allowed witness tampering without addressing the retaliatory actions of Yvonne Howard and her Attorney, Scarlett Davidson. Attorney Scarlett Davidson, after having Joseph Kirk arrested under color of law, then amended her private petition to terminate the respondent's, father, parental rights for him being in jail due to her actions. This is not only clear witness tampering and fabricating evidence but it would also appear to fall within Title 18 section 241 and 242 of the United States Code.

Shari Wilson refused to bring up relevant facts to aid the petitioner and her Attorney Scarlett Davidson with their Fraud which clearly equates conspiring to deprive rights. This also is shown on record after the child was abducted in violation of Florida Statutes, found as fact, Petitioner and Attorney Scarlett Davidson appeared in court to state they had no problem with Mr. Kirk while filing a frivolous document to adopt his child which according to the Florida Bar: Scarlett Davidson claims is not filed.

Furthermore, it is a violation of various State and Federal laws to conceal, tamper, alter or attempt to conceal, tamper, alter or fabricate evidence and testimony when an official proceeding, investigation or inquiry is commenced or known to about to commence. Shari Wilson stated she would file the appeal and dismiss herself from the case and stated the appeal would only look over part of the case file instead of its entirety. However, this is Known and found to be inconsistent, as the higher court would require the entire case file and clearly shows her intent and the basis of her previous actions.

Let me start by saying I am giving 3 stars at this point only because our case has not been completed and I want to make a fair assessment of our experience from start to finish. I just read the other reviews and must say that I am surprised by some of them because our experience has been competely different!

When served with custody papers regarding our 7 year old grandson, whom we have had custody of since birth, last year on Christmas Eve, I was freaking out. A family friend happened to call to say "Merry Christmas" and when he found out what was going on, he immediately gave me Greg Crutchfield's cell number.

I called Greg on Saturday, Christmas Eve. He answered, told me he was out of town and the office was closed but when I told him what had happened, he told me to come in first thing Monday morning.

My husband and I went in and met with him. He said they would be happy to help but that we should meet with his partner, Shari Wilson, as she was the family law "expert" in the firm. We agreed and met her the following week after the holidays.

Shari immediately made us feel at ease and not stressed over the entire situation. She gave us good, sound advice that I already knew as a former paralegal, but emotionally couldn't grasp at the time. Yes, we had to pay them and still are, because the other party is screwing around, not because of anything C&W have done.

I call and get a person to speak with and a call back from Shari, if necessary. I e-mail and get an almost immediate response. Realistically, if you are able to speak to your attorney every time you call, they probably aren't very good becasue they should be in court or with other clients. A good paralegal or legal assistant who runs information by the attorney and communicates with you works beautifully! We have been fortunate to have Gabby to turn to when we have a question or concern and she always gets back to us the same day!

So, this is the experience we have had that with this law firm so far. Are they cheap? No. Are they the most expensive attorneys in town? No. But they have been here for us for almost exactly one year so far and I have referred 2 friends to them since. Can't say much more than that.

This firm is the most unprofessional and unethical one to be found in Brevard County, Florida. My case was taken with the notion of going to trial. After more than a year and a half, the firm of Crutchfield, Wilson & Hendren, PA - now only Crutchfield & Wilson, PA following the death of Hendren due to brain cancer - they filed a Motion to Withdraw because I was called "uncooperative" for not taking a plea at a schedule plea hearing. A hearing I should have never been at in accordance with my initial consultation.

Hendren, not being mentally capable, took depositions in my case and failed to ask the questions 'the client' demanded to make the depositions useful. Following his death, Crutchfield has no information on the depositions because Hendren was so incompetent he failed to take any useful notes indicating the tone or manner of questioning.

Wilson conducted my initial consultation. I was told she would, in fact, shred her bar card if the case even made it in court. She was rude, disrespectful and completely out-of-line telling the courts I was uncooperative with the firm as I had not talked to them in 2 months time between hearings, nor given the details of any plea. Despite the fact the firm knew I would not plea. I saw Wilson a total of 3 times during the time they held my case. Once at the initial consultation, once at a hearing that was one of 12 continued so they could continue to collect money from me, and one at the hearing on withdrawal.

Crutchfield is undoubtably the icing on the cake of injustice. In all of the time retained he did not return a single call or reply to a single e-mail. He asked me to complete all the research on my case, which I did so with superior quality. Not only did I hand over the smoking gun proving my case was a trumped up charge, but I gave him all the necessary material to show the State Attorney's office to get my charges dismissed - or at least reduced for trial. Not only did he fail to communicate with the State Attorney on my case, he only managed to get a plea of 'guilty as charged'.

Can you see why my case was taken aside from collecting money from me? No. You must stay away from this firm and allow them to fold, as continuing to retain them only funds their unethical behavior. Lastly, any positive review you see about this firm is actually written by its staff to steer you from the truth.

Everyone was so nice, and then I signed the retainer agreement, which by the way is nonrefundable even if they do nothing for you. After that they didn??t return my phone calls and would get nasty with me when I would question anything they were doing. I had no choice but to use them or they would have taken my money. I settled my case even though I could have gone on to court and one of the reasons was I wanted to get rid of this law firm. Take my advice don??t use anyone at this law firm they are liars and crooks especially Shari Wilson.

When I first called Mr. Crutchfield I was in distress, my husband's ex-wife was suing for the fourth time. Mr. Crutchfield answered the phone after 7:00 pm. He did a wonderful job in not only representing my husband but he also put an end to the continual lawsuits by my husband's ex. He calmed us and then came out fighting when we really needed someone to fight for us. I called him today for another legal issue and we will get that ball rolling in a few days. I can't say enough "good" about Mr. Crutchfield.

When we needed a family attorney, I had no idea where to turn. So I turned to the traditional yellow pages, and started making phone calls. I called after hours and left messages with many of the offices. I was impressed when Mr. Crutchfield himself returned my call and told me which documents he needed, his fee, and set up the appointment with us himself!

He had a full staff, but he took the time, after hours, to respond to my call. When we were with him, we found him to be very personable and helpful. I will likely use him again.
