The first appointment that I set with the women's center on near St Joseph's hospital. They made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment, had me fill out a bunch of paperwork watch a video and sign an agreement, I drove all the way to the appointment only to find out that "Dr. Suarez had left to deliver a baby and no one bothered to call me. When I spoke to the dark haired woman at the front she could have cared less. I asked why didn't they call me, she said they do not call unless the doctor asks them to. She asked if I would like to see another dr or reschedule, I looked at her as if to say,"What do you think"?I then said no. I then made an appointment with one of their clearwater offices. They were nice at first, when I got lost and could not find their office, I called them and they would NOT answer the phone, it was pouring down raining and dark, and the woman that answered the phone finally wanted to argue with me about the street that I was on and I was sitting there looking at the name of the street that I was on and she said I was not. I drove around for a long time looking for it and could not find it. They could have cared less. I don't know what the world is coming to whereas they let places like this stay open. The front desk staff and people that answer their phone is just terrible, I have yet to even see or meet one of their doctors..Even if this set up is the last place on earth I will never return to one of their locations, and I will surely tell everyone I know about them to save them from it.

I have been going to TBWC for a few years now. I only go there for my yearly pap. I agree that the arbitration agreement is a croc. If I were going there for pregnancy/delivery issues I would not sign it. The front office staff is totally unprofessional. Nobody smiles. The young dark haired girl that checks you in is totally rude. Nobody introduces themselves. I don't even think they wear name tags. When you call they put you on hold for at least five minutes. When they answer the phone, they don't even give you a chance to speak. They automatically say "hold please". I feel like I am calling to order a pizza. I do have to say the lady that checked me out was nice & actually smiled. The girls in the back that check your vitals, etc. are OK. I think people in the medical field should be more personable. The only reason I continue to go is I like the ARNP that I see. I think the front staff needs a course in patient communication skills!!

Prior to my yearly exam today, I received a phone call asking me to view a video online regarding medical malpractice insurance and binding arbitration. I watched the 7 minute video as instructed. When I went for my appointment this afternoon, I was told that if I didn't sign the Arbitration agreement, which essentially prohibits you from suing their doctors if malpractice is committed, I would have to reschedule my appointment. I wanted to take the agreement home and look it over before signing, but that is not allowed. I made this appointment 3 months ago, took an afternoon off of work and drove for 45 minutes to get there. Why didn't they tell me I would not be seen by a doctor if I didn't sign, prior to me coming in? Or in their lovely video. According to a friend who is an attorney, no one should ever sign one of those agreements.

I had scheduled an appointment for my well woman visit. When I arrived today I was asked to view a video and sign a legal document before I could be examined. This document waived all of my rights for traditioanl litigation and was hard to understand. I am not an attorney. When I asked for time to review before I signed the document I was asked to reschedule. Ladies, please becareful what you sign. This seems very self serving and quite frankly, shady!

i went to this office in the beginning of my pregnancy, I have no complaints about the dr's themselves, they were fabulous but I dreaded the office staff. They were very rude and it made the after appointment 'high' go way down because of their attitudes. I ended up switching to the Bearss office. Same dr's but way more personable office staff.
