I needed my Toshiba fix under warranty. I went to Laptops Plus and received professional and prompt service. The staff was pleasant and well informed. My Toshiba was fixed within 2 days. I was pleasantly suprised. Tomorrow I'm going back to purchase a laptop for my daughter. Thanks Laptops Plus!

My wife and I have both purchased laptops from Laptops Plus. It is a real building with real people ready to assist you. When you telephone, a human being from the Orlando area answers ready to help. We have found the salespeople knowledgeable and the service excellent. In the future, we will always go to Laptops Plus for our laptop needs.

Shawn Cable is wonderful to work with. He is extremely easy to deal with, very informative and easy to understand, quick and reliable.
Laptops Plus has always been able to solve any problem I've brought to them.

I have been taking my laptop to this store for over 5 years now. They are very professional and helpful. I haven't had a problem on my computer the technician couldn't fix. All of the employees I have dealt with are polite and courteous. I will not take my computer any where else.

I bought my laptop about six months ago from Laptops Plus. I had an issue with my wireless connection I took it in and my salesman Shawn knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it for me while I waited.
A company that my friend works for recommended Laptops Plus to me orginally because they had done a networking job for them and they said their staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and they were right!

I was ripped off. I brought in my laptop because the CD Rom drive wouldn't close. They took $50 up front for an evaluation fee.
I left the computer for 2 days when they called me to say "We don't fix CD Roms, but we'll sell you a new one". They kept the $50. For another $25 they removed the CD rom from the laptop. I fixed it myself in 2 minutes once I got home. I then realized that unscrewing one little screw on the bottom of the laptop was how you removed the drive. Basically, they charged me $75 to take out a screw!

Did The Work Requested. replied on 01/28/09 The CDROM in question was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We have been in business for 20+ years and have 1000's of satisfied patrons. Please give us the opportunity to help you.As we all know, computer problems can be frustrating. Laptop issues can be worse, especially if you depend on it for day to day business. They will explain the issues, fix the problem and all within an expedited time. They are a small business, local, and customer service oriented.
