What a bad experience when dealing with mercedes staff . I had purchase a new sprinter and had set to ship. In between had the van tinted and lettered. When I was instructed that I would need to apply for personal plate was not a issue.

I am happy to read the two reviews that were positive. I have a CLK 500 convertible and have brought my car in a couple times for "problems" while the car was under warranty.( I brought the car in for all scheduled maintenance even when the miles were not on the car) Needlesss to say, I was told my buttons on the dashboard were sticking to a drink being spilled from a terribly designed cup holder.I am not sure about a drink being spilled, but wasn't going to debate it. Well, when the car was brought in the "one" button" pointed out was fixed. The rest of the buttons, stuck. I did not have time to go through it again, since I was going back to New York. Now all the buttons stick and there is no way a drink could spill on those buttons. Now that the car is no longer under warranty, and they "can" fix them by "removing the panel for a large sum of money. I have owned many Mercedes and I have never had such poor service as I have had with this dealership. The words and service do not agree. The service preformed was poor. I can't say I am pleased with the service I have gotten at this dealership. Yet, the woman, in the service department that helped me was wonderful. It's just too bad the people that work on the cars don't review their work. I'd also like to say, this is a second car, kept in a garage that is a 2005 and has 16,000 miles. So, no I do not think I would be buying a car with the new management and I dealt with the old...I see no improvement, sorry.

I've bought about 20 cars in my 30 years and I can honestly say that these guys and gals are the BEST ever. No pressure, knew their stuff and really made me feel like I was the only person there. I will be buying my next Porsche from them for sure.

Shay Rowe the new owner of Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi of Melbourne has really turned thing around there. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all three brands. The service department, who quite frankly had a very unfavorable reputation, is top notch. They communicate through the whole process and are always there to answer your questions. Love having a clean car when ever I pick it up my car from service! I would highly recommend that anyone who has left the old dealership, re-visit Shay and his staff to experience what a high line dealership should be like.
