Great place to work out. One free week to check it out and very reasonable rates. They stress go at your own pace but every 30 sec. you change stations. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, one of them went around with me through the whole circuit. Very fun and an opportunity to get a light or hard work out depending on what you want.
One thing I did notice is they have a board with different people's names and how well they are doing. Nice to see that kind of encouragement.
Definately worth a visit.
