IT seems that all these posts are from the albainian owners ,,,. ive gone to lil anthonys since it opened they did have excellent pizza ,, but since the last ownership change the quality of food , and service has gone down ,, My last experience i ordered 1 extra large pepperoni pizza , 50 wings and mozzarella stick ,,, took 1hour 15 minutes and i only live 1 block away ,.. food finally came and the pepperoni wasnt on the pizza , the wings were undercooked/still raw ,,, and the mozzarella sticks were floating in oil ,,, i called to find out the person taking my order and screwing it up was the owner and she was cold and not careing that the order was messed up ,,she sent me another pizza with pepperoni and took her cheese messup back with her . i tossed out the wings and the mozzarella sticks ,. in all it took almost 3 hours to actually eat ,.. never again ,,Found A Real Italian Owned Pizza Restaurant on Lakemont And Old Howell Branch Rd Call BOARDWALK PIZZA ,, truly excellent and the owner is walking around talking to his customers on he is from NY/NJ .. go try them ,,, i own a auto repair shop and i go there just to get lunch or bring home great pizza,.

Business Response:

I apologize for what has happened and I want to make it right. Can you please contact by email Jonny@tomasinospizza.com. I never want you to order food and not be happy with what you received. Please give me another chance. Thank you.

I've been living in the Orlando area for almost 45 years, and this is honestly the best pizza i've encountered and had the chance to try. Don't bother going anywhere else because this is truly the best, and you won't be disappointed!!

If you want fresh, don't want to go to an expensive restaurant and want to stay in your neighborhood, this is the place. Good fresh food, good service and great prices.

Best sausage ever on a pizza. These folks really do it right. We're hooked. You can sit there and dine also at a few tables. And they have some pizza by the slice. Try it!

Pros: Great pizza, beer available

Cons: not the fastest service, but good pizza takes time

I just have to chime in as I have been a customer for years but my experiences in the last year echo the previous reviewer. Two months ago I waited in the lobby standing for at least 25 minutes after they said my pizza's would be ready. It was like I wasn't even there. Very rude. I have also had issues with the quality not being what it once was with all of the food. Keep in mind as well they are not a cheap restaurant, that did not used to be an issue because of the quality.

Well first off. I've read a lot of comments on here & I see a lot of NY/NJ people go here to eat pizza because it's as close as you're going to get down here. & I have to agree on that part, as a native NYer being down here 4 years I've found this place to be good with their pizza, but honestly thats where it stops especially the last few orders. Tonight I ordered dinner and they told me a 1/2 hour for pick up so i got there 5 minutes early and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food (when i got there they didn't seem to even realize they needed my order) Then when i got home the chicken from both dinners were tough (hard as rocks) and dry- I had a hard time cutting the chicken and even chewing it. Then I call them to ask if they have a new cook that they should watch how long they're cooking the food. well the customer service was horrible the girl who answered the phone did say sorry (with a hint of attitude) & then asked "well what do you want me to do about it" I then replied "I don't want you to do anything" I was just so annoyed. So then my fiance called back because he's more level headed then I, & spoke to a manager that pretty much gave him a hard time. They did give us a 25% discount on our next order but i doubt we'll order again. We have noticed the decline in the quality of their food (i know the economy is bad for everyone right now - but if we're paying more $ then quality should still stay the same) the caprese salad used to be GREAT, as expensive as it was i would order it almost every time. In the past 8 months the quality has gone from 100% to about 45% I will not order that salad anymore. NOR after this evening i probably will not be ordering from them ever again. I've found another pizza place near my job that is even more "NY Style" so on my way home i'll stop there instead. So basically my last words are going to be go to lil anthonys only if it's your last choice of food. quality & customer service is not what it should be!

Pros: pizza is decent for FL pizza

Cons: rude girl answering phone with an attitude, qualtiy of food gone down since we started ordering from them 8 months ago, epensive $25 for 2 chicken dinners that weren't a good sized portion

The Pizza is huge for just a slice good prices as well.
The Garlic Knots are Fantastic dripping with garlic.
Soup is also very well indeed. And The Owners are also old friends of another Pizza place Anthonys Pizza on Howell Branch road next to the publix same great taste just closer.
I highly reccomend it if your lazy and want a quick trip to get great pizza.

PROS: Good Service/Food/Price
CONS: When busy Hard to get a seat

Lil Anthony's has good service, great prices, and so so food. Their cannoli's are really good, but their pizza and garlic knots are not the best. I was not very impressed, but I was not disappointed either.
