It has been a very pleasent experience. Tom, in the service department has been exceptional!! I'm not totally happy with my recent purchase of my 2011 Impala. I was told by the salesman (Bill Kess) over and over that the car would get much better mileage. Not true. I actually got better mileage with the bigger engine in my 07 Impala. I would easily go over 400 miles on a tank of gas with my old car. My 2011 will not get more then 30 miles a gallon and with a smaller tank I only go about 375 miles on a tank. I like the car but I think I was misled a little. I will continue to do business with Carl's because I really do like the dealership. I just think Bill Kess is your topical used car salesman that would sell his mother a lemon.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service I get from the employee's at Carl's. My experience at Carl's started with my salesman Paul. Paul was very professional and he made the car buying experience a pleasure.
Service is important to me because I really spent a lot of time and money making sure that I got everything I wanted on my GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid. I am pleased to tell you that my experience with the service at Carl's has been very impressive. I have been very happy with the service personnel. Just recently I had some service done and Jude , the service person I dealt with, was very helpful and made the process delightful. Everyone of the service personnel that I met has been excellent.
I would definitely recommend Carl's to anyone that wanted a new car and likes to have great service to count on. When I am ready for another GMC I will get it from Carl's because I know that I am going to get great service.

Jude was extremely helpful to me that day. I had left the service center and walked across the street and a bad thunderstorm arrived. Jude called me on my cell phone when the car was ready and sent a courtesy car to pick me up. I was very grateful to her.

I have found the service organization to be more interested in my business than the sales organization. They have continually gone out of their way to insure my satisfaction with their service. The sales group, since my purchase of an Enclave in 2008, has never contacted me once. If I do purchase another Buick when it's time.......it will be because of the service organization.
