They sent me a broken printer. I already had a broken printer. Told me it was a $15 part and I didn't to go buy it. They gave me the wrong part number, I figure out the correct part number and the part was $100. I told them the part worked in my old printer and that it wasn??t the issue I was having, but they insisted I buy it. I bought it and big surprise it didn??t work.
I called back and got the run around, I can??t get anyone who know what they are talking about to talk to me or call me, there was no manager to talk too. They told me to go buy a printer at Staples and take it back when I get my replacement printer from encompass. I have been without a printer for over a week. I can??t send faxes or send them.
I had to go buy a new printer today to stay in business. I won??t be talking it back, that just seems like stealing.

I have been on the phone for over 10 hours dealing with this problem. I will never buy another staples warrenty.

If i could i would give them no stars... they are the worst company to have anything repaired! Everything that is used are old parts from printers that people have sent in for repair. If i could choose to i would never let them touch another one of my printers. They SUCK!!!!!!
Also not so great to work for...

1)Purchased HP 7200 printer at Staples. Encompass(Cyber Tech) Had to hold for the help line awhile(whats new). Cyber Tech sent out a replacement printer in 7 working days. Problem after 8 mos was with control panel on original printer. One of the Best Help desks that I have ever came across and there have been many. Follow up # 1141819 if u think this was a paid for advertisement. Guess depends on how one treats the other guy on the phone??

Absolutely Horrible! Printer purchased at Staples with warranty. 13 months on 7/2/10 placed claim for new printer, but didn't receive until 7/26. Replacement printer worked 1st time and then didn't work correctly at all after. 7/26 reported problem and was told the replacements were available and should ship out shortly. 8/11 called and was told printers had just come in and would ship next day. 8/12 called and was told the printers were on back order???? Two different stories!
8/12 asked for manager who stated he would esculate and have a printer shipped on 8/13? Received 2nd replacement printer on 8/18/10. This replacement wont print Black only Color. After much research it has a bad print head cartridge, which should not go bad and had originally worked on two prior printers. Is this customer service? Yes, the poorest of poor service.

I am headed to Staples and hope they will stand behind the sale and provide the good customer service that hasn't been provided by Encompass.

Will I ever receive a working printer?

they suck! would not honor the Staples warranty purchased for my GPS. returned GPS with no explanation and not working. Called Staples and questioned the service center. Got no where...ended up having to call Magellan and purchase a refurbished GPS. There was no clear explanation why a two-year warranty would not be honored, the claim was I had damaged the motherboard of the GPS, which I believe would be very difficult given the circumstances...isn't an extended warranty purchased to protect oneself from this sort of mishap?

I've bought a TomTom ONE GPS device at Radio Shack a couple of years ago.
Last year the device showed some problems thus I had to send it in at Cyber Test for repair. After 3 weeks I got it back. They said: "Repaired". But after half a year the same problems came up again.
In December 2008 I sent it in again for repair.
Cyber Test then said again that they repaired the device, but they've sent it to a wrong address. I couldn't believe that. My device got lost.
I will assumably get a refurbished one delivered at the beginning of March 2009.

Purchased product from Office Depot and Cyber Test is the warranty Repair Co that does repair work. Awful service. Sent laptop to them and was returned with partial repaired and was not put back together properly I resent it back to then and they try and deny the compter beihg the way it was when they sent it to me and send pictures of a false creation of damage on the computer that is not there so they look right and tell the warranty corporation of America to deny any claims I have. They damaged my computer and create a false issue with it. Any ideas? Sue? Terrible repair service asd well as OfficeDepot Warranty Corp. of America,.
