This I Hop was horrible. I had a party of 8 and all 7 of our food was cold. The ham was so small. And when I ask for some A1 Steak Sauce it was fake. They had a fake sauce in the A1 bottle. The women's bathroom was stank and dirty. The workers they were ok. But it's room for improvement in this I Hop. Im from Miami and I wouldn't recommend this I Hop to anyone. Go to the one on International Drive.

Pros: Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner anytime

Cons: Food not being good

Went to 33rd ST this morning after seeing the tv advertising for their new fruit crepes. Decided on a plate of two eggs, sausage, homefries and one blueberry crepe. The sausage links were cold, and the crepe didn't resemble what they are idvertising in any way. When the waitress returned with my check, I had just uncovered the crepe from under the bowlful of blueberry pie filling and whipped creme. It was a limp, uncooked, rolled up tube of dough filled with a sickingly sweet cream sauce and I asked the waitress if this is how it was supposed to look, She said yes, the crepe's are supposed to be soft. I pointed at the ad sign hanging from the ceiling right above me and said that what I had didn't even resemle the picture. No reaction, she just left. When I got to the check out the young lady asked if everything was okay? I said not really, the crepe was a terrible mess and the sausage was cold. Again, no reaction, just handed me my change and wished me a nice day. Maybe some locations know how to prepare this thing but this one, this morning didn't have a clue.

This franchised restaurant offers various pancakes that are supposedly from around the world. To me, they all seemed to have high fat content & there weren't many 'healthy' choices on the menu. Vegans & vegetarians needs are not addressed.

The staff are friendly, although very overworked. Every time I have been to this fastfood restaurant, there has been an extensive line of patrons, so be prepared to wait.

The food is freshly prepared, but fairly tasteless to me. However, it's fast food, so I guess that's to be expected.

I do wish there were some 'healthy' choices available from the menu, eg, salads, lowfat pancakes/waffles, soy pancakes/waffles, etc.
