I was on probabtion at Probabtion Plus for a DUI. I had Nanette as my PO. I followed all conditions of probation, paid all monies, completed all classes. I recieved a letter stating there was a warrant for my arrest. I called and asked

Never had we ever been in trouble before (we are older with children and soon to be grandchildren) when we had an oopsie moment. The court ordered community service hours to make everything go away and that was it. No problem. Mistake was made, consequences must be paid. We were told we had to go to this facility to sign up as they would be tracking our progress for the court. No problem again, we thought.

I have never met such rude, nasty people in my entire life! They try to use intimidation to get what they want or to force an issue with you that shouldn't be there to begin with. They even went to the point of saying they were going to have us arrested and called the police. We waited. The police came, they talked to us and then to them in private, before escorting us back inside to finish what we came to do. They gave us the distinct impression that this is a common occurrence when they are in the wrong and would rather intimidate you with the threat of jail than correct their mistake. Needless to say, the Officer's ensured everything was handled that day, said it would probably be best to find another location to report to (unable to find one unfortunately) and to not pay it much mind. Since that incident, we have had 2 others and, I'm sure, counting. I would be understanding of one as everyone has a bad day here and there. I would also understand if we had done something severe or were repeat criminals. We are neither. Haven't even had a traffic ticket let alone anything thing else!

They aren't reasonable, and like to use their "power" over you to intimidate you into accepting unacceptable behavior from them. It isn't right in any way and truth be told, they should be ashamed of their behavior. They are no better than those who need to use the service and need to learn proper communication skills.
