Excelllent, knowledgable care from a staff that obviously cares about your pet. Been using them for years for everyting from cats to rats and have never found any fault with staff or service qualiity.
DO not apply at this facility! They are very RUDE and seem VERY superficial! They do not return phone calls and have a staff that is very apt to drinking!
I needed to board my dog Suzie really quick on Labor Day weekend, but everyone else was booked. I called Spring Oaks animal care center and they had room available. I asked what was needed and the nice ladies who answered the phone said they could squeeze Suzie in. All I needed was vaccine information from my vet. I wanted a VIP room. Guess what GOT IT!.. How cool is that! I watched my Suzie all weekend. I found a new place to have Suzie board, get groomed and a new Vet. all in one place...FABULOUS.
I was amazed at the amount of knowledge the staff knows. I brought my cat in who was chewing continuously and was scared he broke his jaw. He was crying out in pain. The staff immediately put me in a room and checked me in. The female doctor came in promptly and started to examine my cat. She found a piece of bone on my cats tooth and removed it. I was so happy. She only charged me for an exam nothing else. If your pet needs help I would send them to Spring Oaks Animal care center without hesitation
I love this clinic. It is so clean. My dog was in pain and I didn't know what happened to him. I called all the local vets and the only one to get me in for a visit was Spring Oaks Animal Care Center. Dr. Alshouse is so compassionate. She xrayed my dog and found he had an injury to his back. She prescribed medication for his pain. Her staff phoned me back a few days later to check on my dog and see how he was doing. That made me feel that they really cared about my pet. I was pleasantly surprised about the charges and would recommend them to everyone. Spring Oaks Animal Care Center is the best.
