I took my car in for a front and back brake pad replacement, my car was squealing bad. These guys did a great job fixing my brakes I can't hear a thing now, it feels good to be driving my car again without that annoying noise everythime I hit the brakes. The owners of this place our down to earth kind of guys who will help you out and are physically there to make sure you are happy. I know im a satifsfied customer. Thanks Mito Brakes

This locksmith service did a very well job on my brakes. I thought that I will have to wait forever for them to get my brakes fix but within an hour my brakes are all fix up and I'm good to go. Thank you so much!

My personall experience has been nothing but good. Every car that I have owned, from my kids small cars to my big Class "A" Motor home to a F450 diesel truck, the service and prices are the BEST!!!!! It was recomended by a firend . I live in Homestead about 25 miles away she told me the place is not much but it was worth the drive. The dealer had told me that I practically need it everything new, I drove to Mito and all I needed was to cut I think is call the disc. From over $400 dollar at the dealer I only spend $40 yes no mispelling a diference of $360.That was back in 1986 since them I tell everyone to go there and so far no complaints from me or the people I have send . Do I recomend MITO??? YES!!! 100%,

Mito's told me it would cost $280 to replace my front pads because my Dodge Ram pickup was "a very complicated truck". I then called Sanchez tires on West 29 Street Hialeah (tell them Roberto sent you) and they charged me $40! Mito also wanted $80 for the brake hoses Sanchez Tires charged $30. Mito's are crooks! Don't trust these guys with your vehicle. They also told me there was no way to test the brake hoses. Also not true. I later found out that you can test the hoses by removing the hoses and if the wheel starts rolling freely the hoses are bad.

Mito is full of it..... they suck!!! I got my brakes done by them, and they had messed up and put the wrong brake pads that didnt belong to my car... I called them to tell them the situation and they basically insulted me by saying that they did the right job and to not take them my car back cause itll make them look bad, and also insulted me by saying that they hope my brakes fail and i crash my car....... yeah so I wouldnt recommend this mechanic shop to anyone.

I first used Mito's brake service back in 1994 and thought the cuban old men that worked their were so nice and extremely honest. They broke down the information in a way that I understood it - I was only 23 at the time and the only thing I knew about a car was pumping fuel into it!!! My dad called me yesterday to ask me what the ABS light meant, as it was flashing; I looked it up on line and it indicated that ABS stands for Anti-Brake System - I immediately thought of MITO in Hialeah "El Rey de los Frenos". It is Sunday morning and I am trying to get someone on the phone over there, my dad needs help!! First impressions and good honesty last a lifetime.

I first used them in 1992 when I was a collegiate football athlete at the University of Miami.. Money was tight and I had a problem with my maxima.. Everyone else wanted $400-$500 to fix my brakes, Mito charged me $120.00 and they were god as new.. I've been using them ever sense and its now 2008. I even used them for my Mercedes S600s that I have had over the years (I've had 3 of them). They are truly the best around and they are honest as they come. Truly a 5star establishment.

My dad always comes here to get new brakes and he has never had a complaint before. They are very trust worthy always show you the old brake pad and point out exactly where its worn/cracked/etc. They even asked if we wanted to keep the old piece. One time we had to change the brakes on one of our cars and the place was already closing and we just drove up and they still decided to do it for us! Really nice mechanics. Good prices too.

PROS: Fast service, Good prices. Friendly mechanics
CONS: Hard to find area you might miss it if you don't know where it is.

Mito "El rey de los frenos" (The king of Brakes) is the most trustworthy brake mechanice i have been to. I took my car in to have my brakes checked. my car was making a huge squeel. He took the tires off lifted it up and told me not to worry about it. He straigntened out the disk dust cover with a screwdriver and that was it. I tried to pay him but he refused. This man is honest. He could have said ...you need this and that and this and that =big $... but he didnt, he was a good person. I have sent may people to him since that experience and everyone says they are very satisfied with his work.
