I've been a long time customer of Hillsboro Auto Mart. I've purchased my last two Porsches and my wife's X5 from them. I'm not sure what mazdaa is talking about. They've always been amazing when I was buying something. It's probably a competitor trying to tarnish their reputation. I bought my last Boxster S about 6 months ago and Patricia was great! I really can't say enough good things about them.

Nick was my salesman and showed me the Z4 I was interested in. He even came in on Easter Sunday (2009) to let me drive it (BTW the dealership was closed that day). The next day I texted my offer and they counter offered and we settled on a price.
When I drove it home on the first day I noticed a nail in the tire and called them to let them know. They asked me to bring it back and show them which I did. I was expecting a big hassle, but to my surprise they told me to take it to a tire place and have it repaired or replaced depending on what it needed. They called ahead and told the tire place to do what needed to be done and just send them the bill. It was taken care of immediately.
I have never had such a great experience buying a car in my life! (I have bought 8 cars total over the years) I have referred a number of my friends and they all have been extremely satisfied.
Oh, did I mention they also got me a lower interest rate then either of my two credit unions could give me.

Okay so let me start by saying I had no choice to buy a new car when I totalled my old one. I went down to Hillsboro Auto Mart where I was told one price and given another. After I left, I was harrassed and constantly called asking what they could do to get my business. I went back and bought a car. I thought the price was good until they lured me into an extended warranty that was "comparable priced to other warranties." So, I bought it. But that is not the end of the story! I brought the car to a friend who said it needed new brakes and rotors, and an oil change (I didn't mind paying for the oil change...) So, I called Hillsboro Auto Mart where they said they would pay me for the brakes after an hour arguing with them. So then, I decided to take the car to the manufacturers dealership where I had them give the car a complete inspection. They said I needed new air filters ($230) and a transmission flush. The service manager called and spoke to the dealer whom I had been working with and THE DEALER HUNG UP ON HIM! It was unbelievable! So there I am out some more money. So after much research I decided to look into a new warranty since I no longer wanted to deal with there skeezy people, and found one for $1,500 cheaper for a better warranty. I called to cancel where they said they would fax me the cancellation form, which I never recieved until this day. I contacted the Warranty issuer themselves, and am waiting for a response since I assume they also have to go through the dealer.

I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my car, but if I hadn't done research and work on it, who knows what would happen!

My most recent purchase is a Very Rare 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in green. The Jeep dealer said he could not find one(new or used) but Hillsboro Auto found one within 2 weeks and had my financing done within hours!! I would recommend this dealer to Anyone!! Went this weekend.....I had called before we drove all the way out there, took us an hour to get there. I asked the guy on the phone if he had a certain car with navigation etc. he said yes, i asked him the price he said the price which i was very comfortable with. He said come on down were here til 5 pm. Also.....on autotrader they have cars priced way differently then at the actual store its self. All the cars I looked at from this dealer said they had navigation and bose and etc. But when i got there I asked where that certain car was. They pointed me to it and it didnt have anything they said it had, when i asked them they looked confused and just pretended I didnt know what i was talking about. No one there even greeted us or asked if we needed help. It was a horrible expereince and I do not reccoment this place there not friendly and they are liars that pretend the customer is wrong. they put killer prices on the website but once you get there they say oh thats not the right price...in other words "we just put that price to lure you to come in and see us. Anyways dont waste your time or money.

They rush you out the doors and then you find out that after waiting for 4 hours to make a deal with people you thought you could count on, you bought a piece of junk and they want nothing to do with you. They brag about a 76% or something loyalty rate... there's a reason it's not 100% and that's because only 24% of the people that bought cars from them realize that they have been scammed.
