This is the place to buy any audio or TV's I bought several items and would go back! they have the best service they are reliable & very accommodating they made me feel like I was there main concern when I needed my TV repaired. It was an older TV and I had it for 10 yrs. they did the repairs and I was pleased with there cost of the repair. It now works like NEW. I Also moved and they moved my very large TV and set it up for me. The guy's are friendly and they remembered me from my previous purchase.

I would not do business ever again with these people. Bought a $600+ Goldstar a/c and heater unit which was a defective lemon. the people they recommended for the install TORE my wall up. That was $130 extra also. They basically tore out the old one and shoved new one in.
It was supposed to be a professional installation. I was left with plaster falling down around the new Unit, it was ghastly! They never fixed it although said it would be fixed. (Jersey Jim)
The a/c heater unit was defective, broke down 3x in 4 yrs. It wasnt simple things either, the first time it was the compressor. The 2nd time, I thought it had blown up (a tube inside had burst)
Goldstar does give a warantee against defective units but when hubby called Goldstar they basically said no way. lol its all been such a joke, a costly one.
Let the buyer BEWARE against such ill shod made junk and its not cheap money wise! Also be aware.....LG also makes air conditioners and theyre a division of Goldstar.
This one was supposed to have a 5 yr warantee but last time, the repair guy said we would have to pay labor and pickup ($160) Not to mention, it was VERY hard to even find someone who fixed this unit.
I have ALL documentation on this mess.
Jersey Jims basicaly told us that they "just sold it" and didnt guarantee it. I emailed them PICTURES of my torn up wall. Bottom line IMO is once they sell it, its your problem. The next time we shell out over $600 we want a company who will stand by what they sell.
