I took my BMW to BWM tech for several years for minor repairs and maint. I was satisfied with his work. My car had a history of overheating problems and Mark eventually diagnosed it with a hairline crack in one of the heads. He told me that he could replace my engine with a used low mileage engine. I shelled out $4000 for the engine replacement. When he was finished I went to pick the vehicle up. The car started fine, but was very sluggish. I also noticed that there was a small piece of black tape on the dash, covering up the battery light that was mysteriously on. When I brought these to Mark's attention, he said he was done with the car and if I needed that stuff fixed I would need to take it to the dealer. In talking to the dealer, I found out that the computer was fried. He had one of his mechanic friends bypass the computer to allow the car to start. The head mechanic at Field's in Orlando said that replacing an engine is very simple. The only reason for all of these problems was that someone who didn't know what they were doing was working on it. I only wish that BMW Tech would have been honest with me and I would not be out thousands of dollars for a car that I cannot drive. If you love you BMW, spend the extra money and take it to another mechanic.

Mark the owner of BMW tech what a great mechanic! When it comes to your German built machine this guy knows how to fix it! I would not trust anyone else with my car but mark!
