Not good.
Average baked goods.
Slightly below average food.
overall, the staff is just not helpful or pleasant.
Expensive.
Have been to both locations and just not worth the money or gas to get to either one.

I was disappointed with the food. It is mediocre at best and VERY pricey. $5.00 for 3 cookies and they aren't even big cookies. The breads are like $6-9 loaf, mostly $8-9. Wow! The sandwiches are OK, nothing special and very expensive.

Obviously this is a bakery so you expect the goods to be fresh and made onsite. What you don't expect is the variety and quality. I know people who will drive an hour just to get there on special baking days for a favorite item. The owners/bakers are very particular and have enjoyed a devoted, passionate following since their location has changed. Well worth the trip!

The Yalaha Country Bakery is the place to go for good old-fashioned, wholesome breads and treats. If they aren't too busy, ask for a tour! When you walk in your eyes are treated to a delightful ambiance and your nose is met with the smell of amazing goods. Everything looks are great as it tastes and the workers are very friendly and happy to share!
