A great seafood and steakhouse. Reasonably priced. A Ft. Walton Beach landmark. Dine in or Carry out!

Great staff. They are very courteous and friendly and cater to all your needs. The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and we had no wait when we went. It is a great atmosphere for families or dates. I would highly recommend as one of your must stops in Fort Walton.

Best seafood, and possibly best restaurant, in town! The food is freshly prepared and portions are enormous. Charming atmosphere and great waitstaff as well.

I think everyone should go to Staffs at least once in their visit to Fort Walton Beach. Everything they make there is fresh, and it is nice when you walk in, to feel like you are in a different era. They give you a cool little newspaper that resembles something from the prohibtion era, and the staff are all pretty friendly. The dessert section is set buffet-style, too. I think it is a little pricey, though. But the plates of food that they give you are enormous, so two people can eat from one dish, I think.

After visiting several restaurants in Ft. Walton, searching for the perfect seafood place, we came across Staff's Seafood Restaurant. Staff's bills itself as Florida's oldest seafood tradition, since 1913. Certainly not white tablecloth, just honestly fresh seafood served from the Gulf of Mexico. I ordered the grilled Red Snapper, the regional specialty. Terrific and tender. My partner had the broiled Flounder. All entree's come with a house shared salad, and we had their orginal Bleu Cheese dressing. And started with the stuffed mushrooms, with their famous receipe crabmeat stuffing. All this was followed by a very nice desert bar. Our server, Debbie, was quick to bring our Dirty Grey Martini's, and tell us all about the local folklore. We asked the hostess to call us a taxi, to take us back to our hotel. But Debbie, our server, would not have any of that, and personally took us back. Now that's what we call real personal service. At the top of our list, when we return!

Pros: Fresh Seafood, Original Receipe. Great Service!

Cons: Wish We Lived Closer! We're From Atlanta!
