Of the 4 bids we recieved, they were more than twice the lowest bid (and $40,000 higher than the bid i accepted). I decided i&#39;d try them to fix a recurring leak at our warehouse in oldsmar. They came out, said they fixed the problem and I paid an invoice for $980. The area leaked again, I called back and they came back out and said i had a AC leak, and was again billed at $320. No explaination, no resolution.
