I want to put an honest review here so here we go:
I called sutter roofing to put a proposal to reroof our facility in tampa. Of the 4 bids we recieved, they were more than twice the lowest bid (and $40,000 higher than the bid i accepted). I decided i'd try them to fix a recurring leak at our warehouse in oldsmar. They came out, said they fixed the problem and I paid an invoice for $980. The area leaked again, I called back and they came back out and said i had a AC leak, and was again billed at $320. No explaination, no resolution. My suggestion, find another contractor who cares, who fixes problems and cares about the customer.
