Stay away from this place, I see now that I am only one of many who have been lied too, treated unprofessionally, cursed at and he even tried to put it back on me. Be prepared if your car is damaged you will be responsible not Pat. His

I read the negative reviews about Pat's car wash. However, Pat donated a free $22 mid-grade inside and out car wash to my Church (Winter Haven Church Of God) just for the asking. They cleaned our 15 passenger van great and then Pat himself

I dont think this even deserves 1 star. I had only gone there once before after buying a new car in Winter Haven. This yime we went after going to the dealer for an issue and stopped by there again on the way home. The car I bought was in

I went here specifically to have the love bugs removed from my car. Now there is a sign that says that they only guarantee removal if using a premium wash, so I paid for the highest exterior only wash. Still had bugs. So I went to

For the basic wash of $21.95 the service was horrible. When entering you are asked what service? Why do the ask what you want when they do not listen? I wanted the love bugs off the window and bumper and tires washed. Needless to say I spent another hour at home redoing what they done.

After they were completed the vaccuum was substandard, sand was still on the floor mats. Bugs were still on windshield and after saying something to manager he instructed crew to get the bugs off the windshield and that never happened and all I got was attitude for there.

Dirt was still visable on my truck that was easliy removed be me with just a wet towel.

I do not recommend that people in my community waste thier money and time on this substandard service. I know I will NOT!

Pat's Car Wash has been around for years - never had a problem before. But if something does go wrong - watch out - denial is what you get! I am 100% positive the scratch on my passenger side door, low behind the tire was caused by Pat's Car Wash. I explained that my car is only 3 weeks old - 2010. It is Christmas Eve and I wanted to give the car it's first car wash. This is not the kind of scratch you would get from a parking lot. He asked me how I think this could have happened at his car wash! Well...there are many possibilities, the track the car is on, the equipment, human error - whatever. I could barely get a word in, he (owner Pat Murray) kept interrupting and denying that it didn't happen there. All new car owners are ridiculously careful while driving & parking - I'm not the only one who parks way in the back of a lot, so no one is by me. I KNOW it happened at Pat's. I told him I am not looking for money - I'm a honest person and thought he would want to know this happened, to prevent it from happening to someone else. And frankly, I wanted him to fix it - it's a brand-new car!! It is bad business to be hostile & rude and deny remote possibility - It doesn't matter if you don't know how it happened, figure it out instead of arguing with the customer!!! Go research, talk to your employees! I felt I was talking to a 5 yr. old. I had just checked the car prior to having it washed - this is a very visible mark against a dark exterior - a deep scratch down to the metal - I wouldn't have missed it! He offered to have his guys fix it if I brought back touch-up paint, but by then I was exhausted. Not once did I have a harsh or accusing tone. I was very calm, he was very defensive. So much persuasion to admit that it could've been you after all! I was appauled by his manner and offended by his treatment. He spoke to me with no respect, very unprofessional. I'm a business owner myself - no one should do business that way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PAT'S - IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK.

20$ for a car wash. Once I got home, I realized that they hadn't vacuumed all of the car and that the front console hadn't been wiped down, I pulled out my car wipes and, after wiping it down, had 2 crummy, dirty wipes. A BIG rip off!

Pat's washed my car today, and skinned a lot of paint off of my driver-front hubcap.

I notified the manager on duty, and he first came and used his fingernail to scrape off all of the paint remnants that had been scraped off of the hubcap. At that time he said "This rim has been curbed". I told him that this was not true.

He then stated that he would get the owner. After a few minutes, he reappeared, and stated that "the help" had notified him that the hubcap was already damaged. I advised him that this simply was not true. The damage was brand new, and he knew it.

He returned a few minutes later with the owner, who walked around the car, and stated "Well, this car's got some other scratches. I'm glad you think enough of it to wash it, but that was existing damage"

I told the owner that this was not true, and that the damage was brand new. He then cussed at me, and told me that he wasn't going to argue with me.

Do not take your car to Pat's.

I only gave a one star rating because you have to give some sort of rating to publish a review. I took my car to Pat's and when it was damaged while drying. I expected to be met with professionalism but was met with hostility and denial by both the manager and owner. The damage was all done on the driver's side by the employee working on that side of my vehicle. My car had (from the quotes) between $1400-$1700 in damage. While being dried the employee must have been wearing a ring or dropped his chamois in gravel. The scratches were in a very distinct pattern and the scratches were all matching. I am positive the scratches were not there prior to the wash and the car is garage kept. When I tried to take pictures of the damage I could only get reflections of the sky and clouds while outside or the garage ceiling when it was inside. My car has the typical very minor scratches but has nothing major and not even a door ding. I have worked hard to keep my vehicle as nice as possible and often took my car to Pat's to be cleaned. But with the response I received from the owner Pat Murray and his manager Lyn I will not return.
