My husband and I have used Direct Buy for years and have saved beau coup bucks! The staff there has bent over backwards to help us. Sometimes you do have to wait for a chance to monopolize one of the gals but if you go on "off times," you get lots of help. The delivery staff has been great about follow through on the rare chance a delivered item had a blemish. The savings on plumbing and lighting is tremendous.

Definitely worth the membership fee. Saved over $10000.00 building my home. Never had any problems. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Referred several of my neighbors to join.

Direct Buy owes us refunds, missing furniture, delayed orders, and has unsatisfactory staff. We have never experienced customer service as poor as Direct Buys. I own two companies in the Tampa Bay area and I would never tolerate my staff treating our customers this way. We have read about numerous negative situations involving other Direct Buy members such as ours against Direct Buy. We will be contacting our attorney for legal action against the company.

PROS: NONE!
CONS: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
