Jacques Landscaping

Had Jacques for over 4 years whilst in our 1st house in the Orlando area. They were competent enough - came regularly, often at the same day & time every week - and did a good job of maintaining the lawn. We almost dropped them in the 1st year, as the service stopped abruptly - but it turned out that they had to fire some employees for theft, and were frantically trying to recruit some new ones. Also during the first year of service we had them install over a dozen trees (including a massive travellers tree). They did a good job, but didn't follow-up afterwards to help us with the care & maintenance. In the last year of service, we upped our package to include tree & bush trimming & weeding. (We had some lush landscaping by then). This doubled the cost of the service, however we didn't feel we got value for money - based upon the amount of trimming & weeding that they did.
