Apartments are grossly overpriced, i have lived in different complex in the same area and you will not find anything different that you wouldnt find in other complexes at a lower price. The gated community advertised remains to be seen,

Okay place to hang your hat, but not much more, it will walk fast if anything is left outside. Theft is there,also like most florida place with no respect for any ones property. The sales are nice and even the matience people. But, when

I have lived here for about 3 years- it was still Crosswinds when i moved in. Now that the new management has taken over, I cannot get anything fixed. I pay close to 900 a mo for a one br with a den-like I said, I moved in less than 3 yrs ago- the rent was 630 then. I still have the same stove whose burners are so crooked, you cannot cook on them. I have tried to get a new stove, but the woman who runs the office acts like she is put off if you ask for something. Pay more-get less.She forgets who is working for whom. The office workers kind of look down their nose at people. I find that funny, considering they are office workers-not God like they like to think. Double check as well because it may have gone section 8. There are way tooo many other nice and FRIENDLY complexes in this area to settle for this. JMG better perk up because if this is the way they do business, they will surely go under. Horrible!!!!! A break-in occurred in broad daylight AFTER the gate was put up. Found a cute place on the beach-the landlord is a doll, and we will no longer be over-paying. Also, dog poop is not just limited to the dog park. Its everywhere-you can smell it. I would have given them no stars if I could have.

I was a resident there for 3 plus years. Gave proper amount of notice to leave so lease was broke legally. They are refusing to give deposit back. Moral of story. If they ask for a deposit and unless you are willing to donate it to them do NOT move here. It's should be criminal how they steal your deposit. Furthermore, when you call them to find out the status there is no sense of urgency to rectify the situation therefore that speaks volumes for employees representing this company. Look elsewhere.

If they ask for a deposit and unless you are willing to donate it to them do NOT move here. It's should be criminal how they steal your deposit. Furthermore, when you call them to find out the status there is no sense of urgency to rectify the situation therefore that speaks volumes for employees representing this company. Look elsewhere.

My girlfriend has lived in this complex for 7 years. I moved in with her 3 years ago when it was still Crosswinds. Crosswinds was ok, you get what you pay for. But since the new place bought them its been an absolute JOKE!! Its now called Viera Bayside (managed by JMG Realty), they are in the process of upgrading the apartments with new appliances and wood laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I were fully planning on moving into a new unit, I work in Tampa and she works in Carillon so the location is great for us. HOWEVER.... Lets start with a big attraction, the dog park!! Awesome right'' A complex with a dog park!! My apartment is right across from the dog park and we do have a dog. Any dog owner knows you clean up after your dog. Except if your a member of the remodeling construction team here!! I have emailed management but they aparently dont care that one of there employees doesnt clean up after their dog and there is dog poop everywhere in this park now!! One time the guy even walked into the park at 6 pm and started to peeing in a bush. Thats what I wanna see when I look out my window after work!! Now for the water situation, the water usage is spliut among the whole complex, no biggie even though our bill has gone up since the new units have washers now. But what I hate to see is the broken sprinklers watering the parking lot!! THATS WHAT I PAY FOR'' Even better, one night my GF and I heard what sounded like a geiser and look out to see a broken sprinkler spraying onto the hood of my car, we all know what reclaimed water does to a black cars paint job!!! $150 auto detail later.. Thanks for that Viera Bayside!! Now lets move on to the LANDFILL that currently exists 30 ft from my apartment (and it smells like a landfill). Now, I know construction is a process and we have to sacrifice. But the big 15 yard dumpster hasent been emptied in 3 months so the workers just put all the trash on the ground now!! I was happy to hear there was going to be a security gate going up since my car was broken into a few months back. What is the point of a security gate that does not go around the entire property'' News flash the people coming to steal your car DONT DRIVE THEIR CAR TO DO IT!!! So this cosmetic gate is now just an inconvenience for the residents. The put the entry sensors on a curved part of the drive with a safety pole in front of it so my gf basically has to climb out of her window to swipe the card (and usually her card doesnt work so she has to go to the far gate and drive around). These are just the tip of the iceburg. Since the new management took over we have been harrassed for $5 bc we didnt get our water bill in time to know the exact amount of our rent (they lost the $5 money order they made us drop off and posted a notice on our door saying we still owed the $5, our AC broke in July and they were here a few days in a row. When it finally broke for good it was ab 6 pm and they told us to call the next day if it didnt turn on'' Really'' ITS JULY IN FLORIDA got up to 95 in our place!!!!!!! If you call for anything they are pretty much just nasty!! Well, the guy Peter (I think his name is Peter) is ok but the manager lady is a complete b$@t$h!!! Needless to say we will be leaving soon lol.
