I have to agree with all the other reviews about dr. Watsons staff. They were very rude and inefficient. They lost my file and it was never found. Dr Watson seemed to be o.k., but it wasn't worth staying with her and putting up with her pitifully rude and curt employees. My husband, son and i went back to our original doctor..

The staff is so rude yo don't have an idea, the manager gets angry is rude, the medical assistance is rude and inpatient, you wait almost 45 to be seing, the staff always wants to leave so they treat you bad if you are seing at the end of the date. Dr. Watson is never availible so your insurance payed them 300 dollar to see a PA that only give you a prescription. Dr. Watson is fantastic and should not practice in this awful place. Too many girls staff just talking among them while tx pt. in a rude way. They even ask me to shoose only 3 of my medical problems because they were short of staff; and ask me in a rude way. Gues who a saw a PA and Blue Cross payed them 300 dollars while medicaid pts. can only be seing by MD.s This office is awful.

I've been a patient of Dr. Watson for over 10 years even before she moved to the Land O'Lakes area. Dr Watson and the other Dr's and physician assistants are very personable and spend time with you answering questions during your time. They are all very thorough. I will admit, that at first with blood work to determine vitamin levels I was skeptical. After researching on my own, vitamins are important for your overall health. I would suggest Dr. Watson to all of my friends. I actually had an appointment today and was very pleased with my visit.

I have been seeing Dr. Watson for over five years. Early on, she was helpful but her focus has changed to be more MedSpa centric and less primary care related. As such, she makes herself less available for primary care duties both when making appointments and during the appointment itself. Wait times are terrible and the office staff is hit and miss. The office manager is the worst ever. She is consistently rude and incompetent. She lies and talks down to you. I am amazed she is still around which leads me to believe that she is lying to her boss as well. Overall, Dr Watson is adequate but her services have degraded over the past years. But stay away due to her office staff. You will regret it.

I walked into this office at 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday, intending to purchase my monthly supply of vitamins ($$$). I am typically unable to get to this office during normal business hours during the week due to my job. Anyway, I was greeted with dirty looks from four sour-faced staff members, who all had their purses already slung over their shoulders. "We're closed," I was told. "But the door was unlocked," I said, "and I just need to purchase some vitamins." "No can do," was the response, "we're CLOSED." I think this was really poor customer service, especially given that vitamin sales are extremely profitable for physicians' offices. Well, guess what, folks? I went online and found the vitamins at a better price, with free shipping, and best of all--no attitude from snotty office staff members! I won't be purchasing vitamins from this office ever again. Just imagine what a difference it would have made had just one of those office staff members simply delayed leaving for FIVE minutes, took my money, and handed me my vitamins. I guess customer service really is dead.

I wish I had read the other reviews on the internet before going to this office. My experiences with the office staff mirror the poor reviews others have written.

I do not recommend going here at all.

Want a prescription refilled? Not unless you go for more lab work after you already had it done! Oh, and you have to come in the office too! Need to cancel appointment? Better make sure you call a week in advance and be prepared for the riot act over the phone (and continual guilt if you have to call for anything after that). The office staff both in person and over the phone are rude and inconsiderate. I agree with the comments about trying to make money on vitamins and as well as being pushed. I also felt like I was on a used car lot rather than a caring place of medicine. I would rather wait in the ER than to see any doctor in this office.

Although I received compassion and care from Dr. Watson, her office staff is rude and unprofessional. I was treated like a criminal for missing an "alleged" appointment. Unfortunately, I will now be following up with another doctor??s office, one whom I will confident that their dedication is to patient care rather than money. Individuals should not treat others the way I was treated let alone representatives of a doctor??s office who are entrusted with the wellbeing of so many.

I love Dr Watson. She is a very caring and compassionate doctor. Her office is usually very busy and she often runs behind but never rushes through an appointment. I always feel that I can talk to her about any health conditions I might have questions about. Her office staff is very knowledgeable about insurance coverage.
