I went here on vacation, and wow! What a fabulous place! The inside decor is worth a trip itself, and you MUST check out the bathrooms! Great irish food, and don't foget to try the signature drink, a Bushwhacker! You'll be bushed!

Best ever hamburgers. Excellent service with reasonable priced meals. Great Nachos, huge order need someone to share them with. Super atmosphere found here.

I would have to say this is one of the best dining places on the Emerald Coast. They have more specialty burgers than any other place I have ever been to. The menu is huge and you will have a hard time deciding what to eat! You have to try the homemade root beer....it tastes different from the stuff in the bottle. The staff is funny and add to the dining experience. They have millions of dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls. And of course kissing the moose is a highlight. Our family has so much fun every time we go to McGuires! It is a tad pricey, but the food is worth the price. You can get bean soup as an appetizer though for just 19 cents! The desserts are amazing, but you are so full by the time you get to the dessert! Pro: A fun fine dining experience!Cons: Pay close attention to the bathroom doors!

Expect the unexpected when you go to Mcguires Irish pub. I had one of the best times I can remember there. The atmosphere is rather hard to describe, with signed dollar bills and women's undergarments lining the walls. This is an audience participation establishment, where if you don't participate, you may have to KISS THE MOOSE!!!! The food is very good, but it takes a backseat to the microbrewery. Try the beer sampler which gives you a small taste of beer they have brewed. It was very good. It is sometimes crowded, so make sure you have the time.

We have many dollars stapled onto the walls here at McGuires when we have visited for special occasions -- birthdays, company in town, etc. The atmosphere here is first class! The service is tremendous and the food is delicious! We always have a fun time visiting here, and recommend them to anyone who is visiting the Pensacola area! In March they host a 5K run -- McGuire's Predict Run. After the race, you can enjoy red beans and rice and beer with your fellow runners! FUN!

This place is well known for dollar bills hanging from the ceiling. Very unique atmosphere but definitely a place to visit. Their food is more than enough for one person and especially try that Shepherd's Pie on a cool breezy evening along the coast.

Not only does this Pub have a fantastic menu and food, the atmosphere is wonderful. Make sure to wander around and check out the decor in all the rooms. Also, has an Irish singer on certain nights and be prepared to kiss the moose!

McGuire's Irish Pub first opened in 1977 as a small neighborhood pub in a shopping center. McGuire cooked and tended bar and Molly waited tables and greeted customers. When Molly made her first tip -one dollar- she tacked it to the back bar for good luck. Friends of the pub added to the collection and it soon became tradition. Today you will see over $250,000 one dollar bills hanging from the ceiling throughout the Pub, all of which have been signed by Irishmen of all nationalities.

McGuire's has the biggest and best hamburgers in town. The marguritas' are awesome and their homade beer is great too. They also sell novelties, such as T-shirts, mugs (with your name printed on them), glasses, underwear, and much more. The steaks are fantastic, as well as the huge Chef Salad. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. And don't forget to kiss the MOOSE!

PROS: Reasonablly priced
CONS: You may have to wait about 15 minutes to be seated

Decorated with over $300,000 in dollar bills stapled to every available surface, a bagpiper, and a colorful clientele, McGuire's has a unique atmosphere. You can spend a day just looking at all their nifty decorations. But they also serve the best steak in the region, have a location convenient to the beach, and brew their own beer. Recommendations: any of their burgers, and the Senate Bean Soup -- yum! Prices are comparable to regional restaurants, but they also sell a $100 burger (you'll have to read the description to understand!)

PROS: The one restaurant not to miss in Pensacola
CONS: The weirdo religious protesters that congregate outside sometimes

McGuire's knows how to give you a good time. I've been there several dozen times, and only ONCE did I get bad service...but I think she was knew, and to be fair she was very apologetic. Food is always fabulous, believe it or not the wings are some of the BEST in town. The porter is delicious, atmosphere is one of a kind, and "Mike," a server with curly blonde hair...he is quite possibly the best server I've ever had. He recognized our group the SECOND time we were there! We personally request him every time, now. He's a fantastic server, really does his best to keep the table pre-bussed, doesn't "hover" too often or interrupt conversation, but always keeps the drinks full and the food hot. He is top notch. Go to McGuire's, ask for Mike, and tip him GENEROUSLY.

all in all, one of my favorite places EVER.

Pros: fantastic service, great food

Cons: occasionally parking is an issue. but just a testament to how good they are!

Great ambiance. Brew all their beer. Service excellent. Jason, our server, went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Menu is funny, for example there is the "Garbage Burger" which is "absolutely disgusting." 25-30 different burgers. I ordered the Onion Mushroom Blackened Swiss Burger, REALLY GOOD! My boyfriend had the Gouda Burger which he loved. Beer Sampler was good. Light is alright for a light beer, actually had some flavor. Red also was pretty good, one of my favorites. Raspberry Wheat was yummy, reminded me of raspberry flavored clearly canadian water but yummy. Porter was good and the boyfriend loved it. Stout wasnt my thing, but the boyfriend loved it. Irish Pale Ale, was really good as well. Server suggested we try Porter or Stout with Raspberry Wheat. We had both, I prefer Stout and Raspberry, had a more chocolately flavor and Raspberry adds some nice flavor.

I've only been here once so far but I left my mark on a dollar bill stapled to the wall and I will make my second visit this weekend. The food was fantastic and the service was top of the line. The dinner area (for the most part) is set aside from the bar area which makes for a nice dining experience. When you're done, you can rejoin the crowd at the bar (even if you're not drinking) and just have a good time. The bar is crowded but it's a lot of fun and everyone knows everyone else.

McGuire's has great food. You can get hamburgers with any kind of topping you can think of. The ambience is fun. Be sure and look at all the dollar bills all over the walls. the only bad things is that kids are only allowed before 4 pm.

As in 4 Stars! McGuire's is famous on the Gulf Coast. It has all the ingredients for a perfect night out. 2 great locations: Destin and Pensacola both offer a unique atmosphere and gift shop. McGuire's brews it's own special ales and I recommend living a little and trying the more outrageous seasonal beers if they are available. The food is wonderful and so different from the other tourist-trap establishments you'll find all over the area. BE SURE TO GET THE IRISH BOXTY'S AS AN APPETIZER!

McGuires Irish pub is the best place in Pensicola.
Excellant food from the huge and delicious steaks, to fried calamari rings, to the great big huge taco salad for two, you just cannot beat McGuires. Try a sausage sampler, or more than 15 different style burgers. There is entertainment almost every night
with the weekend being the best (Irish songs and comedy) And try the Irish Wake the house specialty drink, its served in a decorated mayo type jar. And the beer... they brew it right there on premises, rasberry ale is my fave, but they have red, light, regular and guiness too. All in all you really cannot beat this place for food atmosphere or fun. oh and there is a gift shop.
