The staff helped me the whole time I was wondering what to do about mom and getting help for her after her stay at Delray Medical. They knew how to navigate the system and even helped w/ our long term care insurance issues. Would recommend them to someone going through what we went through w/ mom.

My parents needed someone to help my grandmother out while they were at work and I was away at college. She was suffering from Alzheimer's disease and cancer and we really wanted to find someone great for her. The aide that was helping my grandmother was a very nice woman who helped out in every aspect of our family's life. She became part of the family and made my Noni very happy. My grandmother has since passed away after fighting her cancer for 10 years. Our family is still in contact with "Noni's helper" as we called her. Without the staff at UEC being so great in finding our perfect match, I really don't know how she would have managed. This service is very important to society, and really saved our family. I highly recommend them!

My parents age finally caught up with them. My father suffers from Alzheimer's disease and my mother has a heart condition and can't take care of him and herself anymore. We found United Elder Care Services and they helped us put together a weekly schedule that benefits both, keeping my father safe and giving my mother "time off". They also gave us so much information regarding Day Care nearby, Elder Care lawyers and recommendations for Assisted Living homes for the future. Needless to say my sister and I both living up North are resting easier and know that United Elder Care Services will be there for any future needs.
