Reichman Helena Md

Dr. Reichman is blunt and to the point. She is very professional. However she has very little bedside manner and is not supportive at all. I was having some trouble and asked for help and I felt like she was mad at me for bothering her. I called to be seen and she refused to see me! That was the last straw, I switched doctors. If you have a pregnancy that is normal and you have no issues, I'm sure Dr. Reichman is a good doctor. If you are looking for someone who will care for you too....please go elsewhere. This is my first child and I need a little more from my OB then a clinical work up and booted out the door.

After seeing another MD in the area and having her tell me my pain & symptoms where in my head, I switched to Dr Reichman. She immediately looked at all my past test results spoke with me in depth and we decided to find out the truth. My truth was I was in menapause at 24 and had severe Endometriosis. She laid out my choices and supported me 100% through everything. Following a total hysterectomy, I have never felt better. Without her listening to me I probably would still be in pain and feeling crazy today...7 years later. Still love her honesty and that she is always to the point!

Dr. Reichman is my OB/GYN at the moment and I am so thankful that I have her as my Dr. She is the Bomb!! She is straight up. No beating around the bush. I have recommended her to a few friends that are also prego at this time and we are all very happy with her. I wish I would have had her as my doctor with my other children. If you have the chance to chose her as your Dr., go for it!

Dr. R is no-nonsense and I love that about her. If I wanted to be babied, I would call my mother. She took care of me throughout my first pregnancy and I actually missed not seeing her every month. I am preggo again and can't wait to see her!

Dr. Reichman can SEEM a bit abrupt, but she is truly a wonderful and caring doctor. I had to switch doctors due to an insurance change and really miss her as my doctor. She made me feel like she truly cared about me as a person and a patient and never made me feel like just another number. She hurt my feelings a bit when she told me I gained too much weight with my first child- but she was absolutely right. If I would have listened- it would not have taken me 2 years to lose the weight. She asked about my physical, mental and emotional well being at each visit. My current doctor barely seemed to care how I was doing- Is everything ok?- Good, good..... see you next time. I don't think this particular Dr. would have said anything to me even if I gained 100lbs- probably wouldn't have even noticed.

I have never expierenced such a horrible doctor as Dr. Reichman. She never listens and even becomes cynical when you ask her questions. I would never recommend her to a first time mother. She RUINED the joy I was supposed to have during my first time.

Dr. Reichman is an uncaring doctor and a bully. I work in the medical field and never have I met a doctor that treats her patients as badly as she does. There are many doctors out there that want to help people and she is definitely not one of them. Run, don;t walk, as far away from her and her office as possible.

I have been going to Dr. Reichman for over 6 years. She has always been easy to talk to and listens to my needs and concerns. I recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN

I have been a patient of Dr Reichman's office for over 15 yrs+. There can not be a better OBGYN Doctor than her. She is the most compasionate,caring, informative person.

Dr. Reichman delivered both my babies and made both experiences perfect. She has all my trust and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! I am grateful that I found her and cannot thank her enough for all she has done for my family.

I have not been happy with Dr. Helena Reichman. She has been arrogant and self-conceited during my visits with her. If she really cares about her patients, she should listen to really understand the patient's pregnancy and health. I truly feel like just another number to add to her list of pregnant mothers. She may want to consider retiring due to the fact that according to previous reviews she must have lost her compassion some where down the road.

I agree with the other 2 reviews. Dr. Reichman is a great doctor. She shows emphathy and answers all your questions. She does not treat you like she knows more than you.

When I went to the Hospital to have my first baby and I was very scared and nervous because my friends and family did give me horror storys about labor and birth and how painful it was going to be. Well my original Dr. was on vacation at the time of my birth Dr. Reichman was filling in for him while he was on vacation and I feel that I was blessed to be able to get her as my DR. to have my first baby. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and most important pain free. I had to have a c section I was unable to have regular birth due to some difficulties and Dr. Reichman assured me that she would make sure that I was well taken care of and pain free. Just wanted to give a big Thanks to you Dr. Reichman.

Dr. Reichman is a great OB/GYN. I have had two children and both times I recieved excellent care. Dr. Reichman believes that pregnancy, labor and parenting should be a positive experience and works hard to do what she can to make it that way. All doctors should listen as well as she does. I would trust her with anything!!!!
