Rick Fender is a native of Orlando Florida and now lives on Lake Holden in near downtown. Rick founded CLOUD 9 SERVICES, INC in 2001 as an underground utility contracting firm. Rick married Lucy (Xi Lu) in 2004 and in 2008 she became President of Cloud 9. Rick moved to the Vice President position focusing on logistical support of the operations as well as quality control.

We install and repair Lift Stations, waste water and water treatment plants. We can solve any type of underground utility problem and other utility emergencies 24 hours a day. We also perform caisson or tremmie types of installations of lift stations and manholes. We also perform storm drainage and erosion repairs.
