Premier Cleaners

I happen to live close to Premier cleaners so I have used them over the past 5 years. Service was ok a bit over priced.
I started noticing last November (08) that about 2x a month my shirts were torn on the sleeves. When I brought it to the owners attention he gave me a raging attitude when I asked him why their process was tearing my shirts. He got pissed because his "customers" overheard me and told me I could go somewhere else. To make matters worse he ran some sort of query on his pc at the counter and determined that I had only spent $1,600 over the years that I patronized his cleaners. Like you have to spend a million dollars there before he takes what they did to my shirts seriously.
AVOID THIS DRY CLEANER!! The owner is an arrogant, pompous ASS who obviously does not understand "customer satisfaction"

This place is very overpriced. The employees have attitudes and are unfriendly. The dry cleaning is OK, but never get alterations done there. To look good after they are done, you will have to walk bent over to one side so that the hem looks even as you walk. They are an embarrassment! My family owned a dry cleaners and we would never treat customers this way!

PROS: nothing!
CONS: everything!
