Contour Day Spa

i have been to other day spas which i would recommend over this one at any price. i had the worst experience at countour day spa. i purchased a head to toe special package with a price discounted for summer$149.00.three days later i am still wondering what my money went to! the package was a 30 minute scrub which lased seven minutes interrupted by the employee answering her cell phone she than spent three minutes hurrying to put the rest of the salt scrub on me and covering me in towels then went to put on the steam, that did not work. she left the room for five minutes ( my guess to finish her phone call ) came back with another employee to try to get the steam to work the whole time the pipes making this horrific sound , than they left and came back with yet another employee. mind you i was covered in towels this whole time and this is supposed to be relaxing! rush hour traffic in a car with no air would have been more relaxing than this.my next treatment was an hour and fourty minutes from the time i was finished with this. so i tried to calm down not without telling the person that checks you in about my experience ( she just looked at me like i had three eyes ). i sat on the outside patio trying to calm down and take advantage of reading my book which thank goodness i brought with me , the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable as well as dirty. i still tried to make the best of it as i sit in one of the robes (which look like a rag) they offer you. they offer you slippers as well which were old used by everyone else rubber flip flops, i had my own thankfully! as i sat there yet another employee came out talking on her phone ( you as a guest are asked not to bring cell phones ) to me this is not at all relaxing i got to hear about her weekend plans.i than was called for my next treatment in which i upgraded my 45 min facial to a 70 min facial and pd additional. my facial was 30min followed by a mask which needed 20 min to dry. not Worth the up grade!oh the lunch was included you are served in a plastic container with a plastic fork and knife. i had a tuna salad the tuna was not any better than cat food.now the finishing touches the 50 min pedicure .after greeting dressed i went down stairs to check in for my 50min pedicure. i stood at the reception area and learned all about the receptionist having problems with her extreminator to her home computers for 15 min standing there until she even asked me to have a seat. good thing for my book because the receptionist continued with her personal call for another 15 min. i was scheduled at 2:30 the nail person did not get me until 2:50 i was finished with her at 3:15 she than put me under the toe nail dryer for five more min. so much for my 50 min pedicure. and i could have given myself a lot better pedicure for a lot less money!and to think i took a day of work off for this !very unhappy

This place is amazing you are going to love it, from the very beginning they make you feel like a queen. All their staff is so nice and helpful the place is beautiful and so clean, the technicians really know what they are doing and do an amazing job. Booking appointments was so easy, and you get to prepay for the services so when you are done you don't have to stop at the desk, they even include gratuity so the whole time there i don't have to worry about a thing. It was perfect, if you been wanting a vacation but you don't have the time, this is the perfect place to feel like if you did.

the place is nice but the prices are not, especially for the quality. perhaps if there were more choices in day spas in the area, contour would have more competition and therefore strive to do a better job.

Pamper me again and again! I can't get enough. Best place I have ever found and the prices are very comparable with other locations in the area. Very upscale staff and equipment. I am making another appointment visit right now!

This is a very nicely designed facility but to be honest that is the only nice thing about it. The cost is way out there-they are very overpriced. I only go there because I have no other choice when I receive a gift card but out of all honesty I would rather go somewhere where my money is well spent and get the same service somewhere else without paying the cost. I should not have to pay such a high price just for a hair cut and design. Please get real!

I have learned that "A happy wife makes a happy life" so I make sure to send my wife to a day spa a few times a year. Lucky for me I get great deals on spa packages from door-to-door salesmen at my business.

One of the packages I got last year was a full day at the Contour Day Spa - my wife got massaged, manicured, pedicured, a facial and hair cut & style, a scalp massage while she relaxed in a hot tub...and a complete make-up session.

She came home looking and feeling wonderful and was really happy with her experience there. Her only complaint was that it was really hard to find and the driving directions they gave her were not very specific. Now that she knows how to get there, though, it will be easier next time I send her for some pampering!

I have had numerous experiences at this spa and every one of them was excellent. Their experienced staff and attention to detail shows at every level, from the moment you check in to the time you check out. Their hot stone pedicare was amazing - bikini waxes, although painful at times, came out really well. I also had one of the best eyebrow waxes ever!! I have given gift certificates to this spa and the recipients were always very pleased. Their main goal is customer satisfaction, and i believe they hit the mark every time.
