My company owns a fleet of vehicles. We went here for the Lifetime Brakes Special. We paid $150 for brake pads plus installation!!! A total rip off!!!

Problems:

1. We were told the service would take one hour. It took 4 hours. No apology.
2. The price is double compared to other brake places.
3. They would not allow us to make an appointment to take advantage of the Lifetime Brkaes promotion we purchased. A waste of money.
4. We contacted management about the problem. They acted concerned, but never returned our calls.

Pros: None

Cons: slow, expensive, poor customer service
