I loved every thing. I had the essential package, which was a facial, massage, pedicure and manicure. I thought all of my services were fantastic and especially loved my facial. they did so much more than other spas - alot of massage and pampering in the facial, the pedicure chair was big and so comfortable and the sheets on the massage table felt like silk. plus the tables were heated. It was like they thought of all the extra little things to make it perfectly comfortable. Everyone that worked there was very nice and smiled at me and kept asking if they could get me anything. i left feeling great, i will definantly ask my husband for another gift certificate here.

I tried this spa because of all of the reviews - the vast majority of customers had really good things to say. I'm surprised at the few negative reviews because every time I have been there, everything has been stellar. I highly recommend Lauren for facials - she is incredibly talented. Not only does my skin look amazing, but she gives the most relaxing facial I've ever experienced. I've had massages with Michelle and Janet, and both were very skilled therapists. The rest of the staff always seems very friendly and accomodating. Every time I have been it is clean and quiet and smells wonderful. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. I have been to most of the other spas in Boca and Delray, and felt like I wasted my money on bad-to-just okay services. I always leave here with relaxed with the feeling that my money was well spent. I also enjoy the fact that they aren't as expensive as most of the other spas in the area. I have paid much more for services that weren't even half as good. I would recommend this spa to anyone who appreciates receiving services from skilled and experienced technicians in a tranquil environment.

After reading the bad reviews I was hesitent to go but decided to try it out. I was disapointed from the moment I walked in the door. Bad customer service, the massage was one of the worst I have ever had and I was left for half an hour during my facial with a mask on. ( i could pamper myself better at home) High prices and bad service. Go else where!

Having done research on many user review sites, I decided to purchase my mom a gift certificate here based on the many positive accolades they've received. I live out of state and also don't know much about the different offerings of a day spa. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who spent quite a bit of time explaining about the spa and all of the different services they do, as well as making recommendations as to which she thought a woman my mother's age would enjoy. So far I know this sounds like nothing but moderately good service that one would expect from the owner of any business. However, when I explained that I was behind schedule and needed my mom to have her gift the next day, she at first recommended an instant gift certificate that I could email immediately to my mom - unfortunately my mother doesn't have a computer. It was too late in the day to overnight it, and when I explained how it was important to me that she receive it on her actual birthday, she went above and beyond, and said that although they normally aren't able to, that she would be happy to hand deliver it for me. Then she refused when I offered payment, saying it was her pleasure. Now THAT is something you don't find every day. Needless to say, I was quite impressed at that point. My positive feeling regarding this business was only reinforced when my mother went in to redeem her certificate and reported back that it was "the best gift she had received and that's what she wanted from now on for all holidays." She said that she was made to feel welcome and that everyone who worked on her was very attentive to her needs. She was very relaxed and enjoyed her experience immensely. I am not the type who normally writes reviews, but I thought this deserved mention. Like I said before, they didn't have to, but they really went above and beyond, and they delivered on their promise of a friendly staff & high quality service.

Ahhhhhh.... what a lovely experience! I received, and thoroughly enjoyed, a massage with reflexology, an organic facial and a pedicure. All of the treatments were so relaxing and my skin and toes looked gorgeous afterwards. Everything about this spa was "just right" and I floated right out the door (after booking another appointment, of course!).

My sister and I had an excellent experience here. This spa is smaller in size which I feel allowed for much more personalized service, plus it was very quiet and serene. Everything was "just right," from the classic spa decor to the very friendly staff and the top quality services that we received. We booked facials and massages and were thrilled with our treatments. Ericka and Dania gave us by far the best facials we've had, and our massages with Michelle and Janet were nothing short of blissful. We've already booked our next appointments, as well as purchased a gift card for our Mother's birthday. Highly recommended!

Hands down, Eden Day Spa is the best Spa that I have ever been to. The services are great. I used to have bad acne all over my face, so I started getting facials at Eden. Well, let me tell you, I am completely acne free. I thank eden. They use high-grade professional products, highly trained staff with years of experience. Their Glycolic facial has worked magic on my skin. For once in my life, people stop me and tell me I have beautiful skin. All their treatments are so pampering and to die for! I don't know why that woman would comment badly on Eden because she is very wrong. You should pay top dollar for an awesome, knowledgeable staff and terrific products! Don't be fooled by that comment! Moreover, the employees at Eden are extremely friendly and every-time I go in for a treatment they all ask me how I am doing and how my little pup is doing. It cannot get any better than that. Enjoy yourself and go to Eden, you will not regret it!

I've now been to Eden a few times and just love it. The people there are friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable and helpful.

So far, I've been going for various massages, but plan to go in for other treatments, such as facials, based on the recommendations of close friends that have standing appointments every couple of weeks.

This is such a great find....I'll be back!!!!

I gave a friend a gift package and what a mistake! While the place was small but cute, the service was plain awful! First, the massage therapist, Kathy, gave a MORE expensive massage than the one requested. And my friend said it wasn't even a GREAT massage, rather, average! Furthermore, when this was addressed with the receptionist she did not apologize but made my guest give up a service in the package to cover the difference. How embarrassing! Finally, the facial sucked, too. They advertise extractions but it's really just a few on your nose, and then a lot of rubbing in creams and a mask. Nothing special. Overall, Eden Day Spa is overpriced for what it is.

Such a great experience! It's SO pretty & clean, smells REALLY good, and everyone was SUPER nice & friendly - I felt very comfortable & at ease. I had the best massage and best manicure EVER! I didn't want to leave ... can't wait until my next appointment. I'd definitely recommend this spa!

I visited Eden Beauty Salon for full leg, armpads and bikini region waxing. I knew that the price was above the avarage however hygene is very important for me so I agreed to pay the price for hygene. The salon looked neat to me. But the results of waxing is not as good as I expected and I had better results in less expensive places. High bikini region is like not touched at all. I had to attract the lady's attantion to the regions on my legs all the time as well. Today I also realized that hair is broken. I am a little bit disappointed. People are very friendly and welcoming but it is way too much money for the service I am given

I recently went for a Spa Day and loved every minute of it! As soon as I walked in the door I felt at ease. I was welcomed and given hot tea with honey while I relaxed before my services. I had a salt scrub, massage, facial and pedicure - all of which were excellent! And the staff was all so nice and accomodating. I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to the my next visit. I'd definitely recommend going here.

I have been wanting to try Eden for a long time and although I couldn't get in for an appointment right away, it was WELL worth the wait!! It was such a warm, tranquil spa with really personalized attention. I'm so sick of all of the "BIG" spas where you get lost and it's noisy and overpriced. Eden was THE perfect boutique spa - I won't go anywhere else again! ALL of my services were FANTASTIC (especially my Oxygen Facial) and everyone was so nice. They do "SPA" right!!

You just don't get service like this anymore. I've gone to a lot of spas and it's always a gamble - you never know if your therapist is going to be good, how the receptionists are going to treat you, how the service will be. And then I found Eden. They're always so polite and willing to do whatever they can to make your experience as perfect as it can be. They've thought of everything to make you comfortable - not relaxing is simply not an option. Every therapist that I've ever had has been phenomenal (almost everywhere else you're lucky if you get someone really good, but mostly you just get mediocre services). I've never had anything but a truly great experience here in every aspect and would recommend it to all. You'll wish you never had to leave.

I've been going to Eden for a couple of years now & thought I'd write a review. Every time I go there I have a great experience! And I mean from the time I call on the phone till the time I check out - their receptionists are all so nice, friendly and accomodating. It doesn't stop there . . . all of the therapists are great at what they do - I don't even have to request a specific person, I'm that confident & comfortable in knowing that I'm going to get an awesome treatment with whoever I book with. . . all of my past experiences have proven that to be the case. The spa is always quiet and relaxing, with fountains and music and candles for ambience. I practically fall asleep in the lobby waiting for my services. I can't say enough good things about Eden. Although it can be hard to get a last minute appointment, it's worth the wait (Like all quality services - Shouldn't you be a bit wary of someplace that can get you in anytime? There's probably a good reason they'e not booked!)!! Very highly recommended!

What a great experience! When I walked into Eden I felt like I was being welcomed as a guest into someone's home ... both receptionists smiled at me, welcomed me and offered me hot tea. SO much different then the other spas I've been to where they could care less if you enjoy yourself. All of my services were great - I fell asleep during my massage & my skin is more clear than I can ever remember it being. All in all it was just wonderful & I plan on returning as often as I can. Just a observation - I read a previous user review that said she was charged for missing an appointment & that the staff was rude about it ... I too had to cancel my first appointment because I woke up sick (the spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy which I think is pretty standard) & I called right away & apologized and the girl on the phone was understanding and told me that while they did have a cancellation policy it would of course be waived because I was sick - she even told me to get some rest and feel better soon, so that was not my experience at all (the staff being rudde). I really liked this place - I felt very comfotable there and everyone was super friendly and accomodating. If you're looking for a beautiful, personal spa with great treatments and great customer service I definitely recommend this one!

It is unfortunate that despite a quaint spa appeal, Eden Day Spa staff share no compassion for life's unexpected bumps in the road. I missed an appt due to severe illness and was still charged for a no show!! Outlandish to be so driven by $$ but a good lesson for me to pass along. Staff behaved like they did me the favor by charging me eventhough I was the one out of work and in bed, ill. I guess they'd chase your estate if you keel over?
Lost an excellent consumer due to not being customer focused!!

This is the best spa anywhere. I have been getting treatments at Eden ever since I moved here from NYC. I also lived in California and have been a frequent spa-goer for years. I've been to all of the big names and the little mom & pop places and Eden is just simply the best I've ever been to. They're always so pleasant, the services are consistently excellent, the spa itself is so warm & inviting. I can't say a bad thing about it. Once in a while I'll get a gift certificate to another spa from some well-meaning friend and I'm always disappointed. Eden has really set the bar ... don't even bother going anywhere else.

Wow, this is one spa that lives up to its reputation! My friends are always telling me how great this place is and when I saw them in Shape magazine I figued they really must be good. So I booked myself a whole day as a pre-birthday treat. I LOVED it! I was the BEST facial I've ever had - my skin was glowing afterwards and I actually fell asleep during my massage. I finished it up with the most perfect french manicure. Now I'm the one telling people they HAVE TO go there! Be forewarned though - they are very busy so you have to call a bit in advance for your appointment (it's SO worth it though). Trust me, I've been to almost all of the other spas in the area and this one is by far and away the best. Don't even waste your tim or your money anywhere else.

Depends when you go or what you have done. Sometimes you get good service and other times not. My manicure was flawless, but the facial was not what I hoped for, especially for the price. All of the add ons made it really expensive. These are ordinary masks and things that are usually included ina spa facial. I wasn't happy because she didn't take out my blackheads, even though I asked. It's very pretty, but overpriced.

After reading in the newspaper that Eden had been voted Best Spa in Boca, I decided to check them out. I had heard good things about them and I wasn't totally happy at the spa I was currently going to. Let me tell you, I had such a great experience! Everyone there was so nice and really seemed to genuinely care about what I wanted & how I felt. I treated myself to a package & all of the services were so relaxing! This spa was small, but not lacking a thing. I loved it so much I bought my best friend a gift card for her birthday! I never do things like this (writing a review) but when the girl at the front desk told me about this site, I decided to go ahead and tell my story and recommend them to everyone else!

Where to start...10 years ago!!! That just speaks for itself.I believe that I am one of Eden Day Spas very 1st clients.From my beautiful bridal makeup with Edens makeup artist 7 years ago to fabulous maternity massages and now I go to escape & rejuvinate.The treatments there are the best I've ever had anywhere. I've traveled all over and always compare Spas to my standard of excellence....Eden ! I always end up thinking "why do I even bother?"
The staff really puts their hearts into every thing they do.They really cater to every single aspect of every treatment. They somehow can even make a bikini wax an enjoyable experience. My friends all go to Eden. Our husbands....even our bosses give us Eden gift cards. In my non-stop, face paced, over loaded life I am so grateful to have Eden to go to to for excellent service and much needed TRANQUILITY!!

My visits have always been so enjoyable and relaxing. Their staff is very knowledgable and the environment is exceptionally sanitary. This very intimate spa provided me one of the most relaxing experiences ever. The staff was accomodating and extremely knowlegdable, which put me at ease immediately. The facial that was reccomended was especially tailored for men and the woman who did my facial literally put me to sleep it was so relaxing. Plus, the results were noticable for a number of weeks. The next time I'm in South Florida I hope to make it there again.

Eden Day Spa in East Boca Raton separates itself from all the rest. Your 100% satisfaction is the only goal here. If you need it, they can provide it....Skin Care, Microdermabrasion, Silky Smooth Waxing, Therapeutic Massage, Body Treatments, Make-up Artistry, and Natural Nail Treatments. The spa is beautiful and provides a tranquil environment. I extremely enjoy not having to hear cell phones ring while I am receiving my treatments. I am a spa junkie and the buck stops here!!!! I have been ALL over & I have never had an experience quite so enjoyable. As soon as you walk in and the door shuts behind you, it's as if the world has fallen away and serenity has taken over. From the phenominal aromatherapy filling the air, the herbal tea selection, the quaint enviornment, HEATED BEDS!!! it's like going back into the womb (safe and cozy). High quality products, the staff is SO GREAT ASWELL AS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGABLE & EXPERIENCED. My esthetician there is solely responsible for the significant improvements in my skin. I don't even bother going anywhere else since Eden... Everytime I have, I've been completely dissappointed w/ my decision to stray... THE SEARCH IS OVER, I'M FOREVER AN EDEN GIRL!

I don't usually spend money on myself like this, but now I am budgeting in 2 massages a month from Eden. I love this place, and I felt very welcomed when I got there - which is nice. I do not like it when some places make you feel like it's your honor to be there. They really made me feel special, and then they made me feel like a jellyfish after the massage. Loved it!!!

Love, love, love this place! Beautiful, tranquil environment; warm, friendly staff; consistently superb services - I always leave feeling rejuvinated & stress-free. They pay attentional to ALL the little details that make such a big difference. I can't think of a thing I'd change or another spa I'd rather go to.

This place is "just like heaven"! I have been searching for a spa close to my house for two years now and when a friend told me about Eden I decided to give them a shot... From the second I walked in, I was greeted by TWO lovely staff members and it just kept getting better! The massage is BY FAR the best I've had, and would put it up against ANYWHERE in the country. I have been "around" and have visited some of the country's best, and this little slice of heaven is now my new weekly home away from home for a day! 5-Stars, Two Thumbs up and all the pampering this gentleman could ask for!

Eden is the best spa that I have ever been to! The staff is out of this world and will go out of their way to service you. Each therapist is highly trained and they each give you great treatments. I highly agree with the other two reviews that are posted. THe products that they use in their treatments are the best of the best. I have been to other spas in Boca and they do not compare to Eden. Walking in to Eden Day Spa is like walking into a peaceful mini-vacation for yourself. The warm and friendly staff is always sure to make you feel comfortable as you wait for your treatment. Then...the treatment...every esthetician, massage therapist, nail tech is impeccably trained. You will always receive a thorough treatment, and each treatment is consistent with the last you have received. You will feel as though you are walking on air when you leave Eden. The only bad thing about Eden is having to leave.
