Hello,
I would like to bring this incident to your attention, please review my complaint and take the necessary steps to prevent such problems in the future.

While I visited your store on Friday June 26th, 2009 at 12:17PM, I drove up to the drive through panel and was asked how may I be helped, I replied back that I would like to order #1 combo large. The person on the other end said "we don't have any burgers" I replied may I please then have #8 (Chicken combo) she replied we don't have any chicken either, at this point I asked her what is available, she said no grilled food, I said ok, can you tell me what I can order, she said nothing off the grill. at this point I decided to drive up to the window and speak to this person face to face because I could not understand her accent over the intercom, I arrived at the window and found out her name was Audrey, I said could you please tell me what I can order, she said sir we don't have any burgers and we don't have any chicken off the grill, I asked to speak to the manager since I was still not given a choice of what I can order. The manager (Maricella) arrived and asked me what was the problem, I asked her what I can order she said we have chicken but not off the grill, I said ok, I will take a sandwich please, she replied that I have to go around and drive back up to the intercom and order again and that she was too busy at this time to take complaints. I asked her for her name and drove off.
I would like to bring to your attention that I was treated with a very bad attitude and felt not welcome at this store, I am sure the manager could have handled this situation in many other different ways if she knew how, or at least show respect to the customers and ask them to come inside the store to resolve this issue rather than telling me she is too busy to take complaints.
I just wanted a sandwich for lunch.
Thank you for taking this matter seriously, I will be addressing the corporate office with a copy of this complaint as well.
