Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone totally sucks and is a rip off. My fuel pump went and they charged me $100 just for the estimate. The estimate was for $770. I called three other places for estimates and they were around $485 dollars. What an insane price difference. I would never go to them again.

firestone stores all suck. I took a vacation day to go visit my mother a few hours away, and waited for 2.5 hours while they repaired one tire, and replaced the other (set of tires I had bought from them a few months ago). got out on the road, a little late, but was still going to make it in time for dinner. as soon as I got up to 60mph, had a violent shimmy, so I turned around went back. 2.5 hours more. FIVE HOURS TOTAL, spent at that damn store. missed dinner with my family & had to eat fritos for dinner.
I friggin hate firestone.

This fat guy named Nelson told me that my tires would be aligned within a few hours, and I kept checking in on him throughout the entire day. When all was said and done, they didn't fix my car, the fat guy didn't call me to let me know what was going on, and they wasted my entire day. No one apologized for the incident, and I can honestly say that these people don't give a hoot (s%&t) about you, your car, your mother, or anyone else for that matter. I will never go to another Firestone again ever in my life.

I went there for an oil change and was told 1/2 an hour. there was hardly anybody else there and 1 1/2 hours later I was still waiting. They told me that they were not like an airline and could not predict when it would be ready.
