Purchased a certified used vehicle from Lane, was told to come back for detailing of the vehicle and paint protection to be applied (since there was nobody there that day in the service department). We returned, requested the services we were told we would get, and also requested an oil change (since we had noticed the last oil change was three months/3000 miles ago). The General Manager (i believe that is what they were calling him) refused to give us our 'free oil change' because the vehicle said the oil life was 85%. We explained that anyone could reset the oil life setting and that we were going off of the sticker the vehicle had on it that had said when the last oil change was. He then got frustrated and told us that the only person that can change the oil life setting is a technician. I then hopped into the vehicle (mind you, a vehicle this general manager says he owns himself) and resetted the oil life setting myself by a push of a button. So, he tried to pull a fast one on us - all because of a $30 oil change that needed to be done on a vehicle I had purchased from him two days earlier. ALSO, after being there for two hours getting our vehicle serviced.. the detailing that we were supposed to get consisted of cleaning the tires. They did not vaccuum, or clean up the scuff marks that the previous owner had left. When I showed the general manager (BOB) this, he said that we should have pointed it out to them in the first place. I'm sorry, but when you are getting your newly purchased vehicle detailed from the dealership... do you have to point out that you need the floors vaccuummed and the inside wiped up? I mean, come on Lane, I just purchased a 25k vehicle from you, the least you could do is clean it up. BAD SERVICE, the GENERAL MANAGER tried to pull a fast one.. well a fast few on us. Love my vehicle, hate the service, especially from the person who runs the place. Scum.

Their bodyshop did a bad job on my car. They refused to fix it, so I took it somewhere else. I'll never go back to that dealership for anything. They don't care about their customers.
