My daughter dropped her car off for service because one of the back power windows wouldn't work. When the "technician" pulled her car into the garage and tried the switch it worked, so they did nothing more with the car. The service manager even admitted they didn't even spend 2 minutes looking for the source of the problem, not even 2 minutes, and yet we had to pay $75 to get her car back. If they had even spent 15 or 20 minutes to make sure that a wire wasn't loose or pinched or *something*, anything, to try and figure out what was wrong, I wouldn't have a problem with being charged, but they admitted they didn't do a single thing, not one single thing, and yet charged us anyway.

Called service department to describe a problem with vehicle on Thursday before Christmas. Service Manager said it was not busy and to bring vehicle right up that it could be looked at right away. End of day Thursday called and was told never got to it to leave it overnight and it would checked out Friday morning. Had to call 3x Friday and car was finally looked at 3:30 pm. Said would call back with info. Waited a few hours and said mechanic left and they didn't finish checking out car. Would complete Saturday morning. Call back Saturday and told no one can work on car will now have to wait until Monday. Now have no vehicle to take on vacation. Wait til Monday and call again. Service Manager says can't look at it today. Maybe Tuesday. Advise we want to come and get car. Says it won't start. Say we will have it towed somewhere else. You have had it 5 days and have not done any diagnostic as you said you would. Now charge us for doing a diagnostic and won't release car to us unless we pay. Dishonest and poor, poor communication.
