Shibui Japanese Restaurant

Shibui Japanese Restaurant has some of the best Sushi rolls in South Florida. There make original rolls that you can eat anywhere else. Everyone else knows how good Shibui is, so reservations are recommended! It's always busy, but so worth the wait. The food is delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts. They also have options for people who don't like to eat sushi or raw fish.

I just adore eating sushi and this is one of my favorite places to go for a bit of those wonderful freshly rolled delicacies...there is no question in my mind that everything we've had is fresh as could be. To name all the items we have when we go there are would take forever so Ill just mention a few....Eel rolls, Salmon rolls, California rolls, Volcanoes, Dynamite rolls, Sashimi, various fresh raw fish rolls of every variety, the names escape me now, but suffice to say the variety is always amazing and the presentation very appealingThere was also different flavors of Wasabi and low sodium soy sauce for those who have to watch their salt intake. The service is always friendly and fast..Oh and the Miso soup is just perfect!

i love sushi, shibui japanese restaurant is one of best sushi bar and restaurants on the market, japanesse cheff and most imported ingresients are served on eache dishes
