They do, however, stand by their product. Once I received an incredible arrangement and it died within 2 days. I took a chance and called them and they told me that they would either send me a new one right away, or I could wait until another time and they would send another arrangement. I waited until my birthday (a few weeks later) and they sent out a new arrangement (just as beautiful as the first one) and an apology for me having had a problem with the first one.
