this doesn't smell that bad. The people working there are very nice and helpful. It is the best pet store i have gone to. Once again wild cargo pets is a wonderful pet store

I love wild cargo! First of all the store doesn't smell that bad. I've been to a petco(Brand New) and it smelled 10 times worse. The staff is Very nice and helpful. I love going there and I would go all the time but I live far away. Otherwise I would probably go every week. Dr.Ron helped my Leopard Gecko that had a broken leg and mateabolic bone disease and he did it for free because he cares and so do the staff. How dare anyone talk bad about wild cargo. I feel happy and like family there. That is my favorite pet store and is where I've gotten 6 of my animals.

Its a pet store. Its ganna smell a bit. Now if you cant take that you should try n find a pet store that doesnt smell, and good luck with that. Iv been goin to Wild Cargo for the past 4 years. I have a Green Tree Python I get food for at the pet store. Evryone working there were always helpful. Ron the owner knows his stuff. My snake woudnt eat at one point, and he got him to start eating again. I couldnt think of anything bad to say about this store. The prices arnt crazy, and all anamils are very healthy. I tell evryone to check them out. Good luck finding GTPs any where else cheaper then 500, and that look as nice as the few I seen. Wild Cargo is very cool store. I will continue to go there.

Having read the previous reviews I was a little cautious but decided to check it out my self. I found the store very clean and the the employees to be very helpful. Their prices are cheaper than most and I was told they are waiting to add a larger selection of fish. Clearly Wild Cargo either didn't deserve the bad reviews or they've made drastic changes! Check it out for your self.

Walked in and was hit by a wave of a disgusting smell. It was like walking into a giant filthy cage. The tanks are dirty with algae everywhere. The cages are disgusting. All the products in the store have a 2 inch layer of dust on them. The staff ignores you unless you're at the cash register. There were dead baby rats in a cage and the employee just looked at them and kept walking. They have chickens, pigeons, and doves for sale. They're also selling frogs, lizards, and toads you would find out in your yard. Who wants to buy a toad that you could just look down and find? The place is disgusting, smelly, dirty, and no one is helpful!

PROS: Cheaper prices.
CONS: DIRTY!!

This store is very dirty and smells awful. I know it's a pet store, but I have never been in a pet store that smells this badly. It's as if the store and building are not maintained at all. The staff is unhelpful, to the point of being rude if you interrupt one of their many personal conversations to ask for assistance. I stopped in because it was on my way home and I needed a few items for my pet, but after being treated poorly by 2 staff members, I decided I was going to spend my money somewhere else.

The staff isnt very helpful, but it is a good place to get premium pet food. I find the prices are average. The store tends to smell bad though. Overall it is a OK place to go for pet food.
