Great Service! We spent about two weeks look for a new Jeep Wrangler and were having trouble finding exactly what we wanted. Many dealers would work with us on a deal via phone and email and then sell the vehicle before we could make it down to the dealership to sign. Carl at Courtesy found us exactly what we wanted and made the process very easy. He was great to work with and actually made buying a new car enjoyable! Thanks Carl!

Had issue with my new car, only 18 months old, where I didn't trust driving it. Called the Dodge on Adamo Dr to make an appointment to have it checked and the girl answering was NOT trained in customer service. Very rude and short with me

I would give Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge a five star rate. Mr. Carl Johnson was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient a true gentleman. Tony Torres the floor manager was awesome courteous, willing to workout any issues. I have never had such a good experience anywhere. This is a good team of people looking to help in anyway and the name fits well Courtesy. I will definitely be sending my friends and family. THANK YOU GUYS!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the sales and finance folks at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

From when I walked in they listened to me and provided me with what I asked for from the start. After just coming from the Brandon Ford dealer who did not care about me and the fact that I have been a Ford customer for years, I was very pleasantly surprised with the value for money you get here.

Last but not least thanks to Shawn in finance for getting me through the finance portion of this with a clear understanding of what I am in for.

Worst service and they don't honor the deals that they make once you walk out of the door...even if you tell them you need to think about it. They try to force the sale. The GM is a bully and he forces the sales guys into embarrassing situations. Albert is a good guy, just sucks that the people around him are bullies. They will bait and switch and don't care...because what are you going to do? They have the too big to be hurt mentality. They dress nice to impress people but they are bad at the core...why can't a person have 24-48 hours to think on a deal? I am not buying orange juice from Walmart! This is a big purchase, everyone deserves to sleep on it a night or two. The should desire customer comfort. So we went out to Tom Edwards and they hooked us up with the same truck! They don't deserve one star.

This place is the last bastion of old school car dealers from the cigarette puffing sales staff to the GED educated sales managers. Seriously, this place is a poster-child for the reason the US auto industry is in shambles. Not for me - from the "less than honest" sales person to the Doogie Houser look alike in the finance office. Wish I would have purchased elsewhere...

I came to Brandon from out of town with a 2001 that needed service before I could return up north to Michigan. I called and made an appointment ahead of time to make sure that the vehicle could be serviced before I needed to leave to get back to work and personal things back home. I took the car in at 9:45am, which was the exact time of the APPOINTMENT I made. By 2pm, I had not heard back from them and was forced to rent a car. By 6pm, I was told it was being looked at and they'd call back. By 7pm, they were closed and NO ONE had even LOOKED at it, the previous service rep had lied.

HORRIBLE. What is the point of making an appointment if you cannot keep it? I would never, never do service business with them. I'd sooner drive to St. Pete to get something done from a dealership on my vehicle. They are unprofessional and complained about OTHER customers in front of everyone.

This is a good place to get your vehicle repaired. They keep appointments and try to get you in and out. The parts people are friendly and informative.I have a Durango and Ram truck and they have been to their service center and they have quick service. The service techs go out of the way to help you. When I needed a ride they gave me a loaner car no charge. Jerry Ulm would not do that for me, they wouldn't even offer me a ride and I bought 5 vehicles from them.
