If you have way too much cash and want to give it away for poor service come here. After charging me $350 wouldn't even take time to explain test results. I found a prescription 1/2 the price as them and they refused to honor the prescription trying to force me to pay double from them. They really do not care about your pet or you. When you shove a pill by hand forcibly down a sick scared dogs mouth just what kind of person are you? Caring? I think not. Show me the money should be there vet name. Filthy dirty and uneducated staff. Omg I can't believe I went there. Believe me we found a better vet. Gary Lanford has no time for pidley sick dogs. He can KMA. figure it out.

I came to Driftwood and as soon as I walked in the door I received snotty smiles from the female staff. They were respectful enough, but nowhere near nice. The rooms themselves looked worn down, and the whole lobby smelled like urine.

When I brought my cat into Dr. Langford, he seemed to want to get me out as quickly as possible. My cat has been scratching his skin a lot and hard, to the point of breaking the skin, and this made me worried as he's had this problem before. Instead of giving my cat a full check-up like I asked, he simply weighed the cat and looked at some of the scabs. Didn't check his teeth, didn't feel around. Next he tried telling me that the scabs were allergic reactions to fleas (which is untrue, I've watched my cat scratch himself to the point of bleeding, and I've never seen a flea in my house). And worst of all, he handed me a flea insecticide pill called Comfortis and lazily told me to cut into quarters and feed it to my cat. For those that don't know, Comfortis is a pill strictly for dogs (and I'm not about to give my cat something that's meant for a different species). Comfortis was only tested for 90 days before its release, and has been known to cause lethargy, vomiting, depression, SEIZURES, COMA AND DEATH. Countless dogs have died because of the carelessness of the pharmaceutical companies, and of doctors like Dr. Langford. The visit was only around two minutes long (not exaggerating). I do not intend to ever bring my animal back to that craphole, and if you love your animal you won't either. Dr. Langford doesn't want to give you the time of day and would rather throw pills at you then listen to you and try to discover the best way to treat your pet. I don't think any pet owner wants to give their CAT something that is meant for DOGS and already causes seizures in dogs. Imagine what it could have done to my cat if I hadn't researched!
