This office was filthy! Their waiting room sits about 2 people, so you have to sit out in the mall across from some cheesy stores while awaiting appointment. I was required to have three estimates before choosing an orthodontist, and this office had an open appointment, so we took it. Even with their open appointment, we waited over one hour to be called back, then another 45 minutes in the chair before the doc came in. All this for a 5 minute exam! He then came back with a quote, which admittedly was dirt-cheap. But, no way would I have my daughter get treatment in such a run-down dirty office. The doctor seemed apologetic about the office conditions, and even the staff commented that it was run-down and old. The staff was very friendly, though. The scheduler was one of the friendliest people I've ever met, and she sung the praises of the doctor. But I just couldn't get over the dirty chairs, so we went elsewhere.
