I would like to thank you and your staff specially Mr. Luis Rivero for the excellent service I have received from your department. Just recently I had a very frustrating issue with my 2006 Commander. The door handle had broken along with some other service which I required to perform on the vehicle. Unfortunatelly parts were on back order and I could not get definite answers on when and if the the repairs could be made. I went so far as to file a claim with Chrysler and was very disappointed with the customer service I received from them. After explaining to Mr. Rivero my situation he took complete charge and directly dealed with Chrylser to not only find the part but to request a possible credit due to the delay and inconvenience I had experienced. I have owned various Jeep vehicles and I was almost turned away from ever buying another one again until Mr. Rivero showed excellent customer service and personal care in this matter.

I can totally relate to all these reviews about slow service and horrible customer service. I've been buying and driving new vehicles for 20 years and I've never seen anything like this. Their slogan should be Planet Dodge - What Planet Are We From! I had my Jeep here for four days for a defective battery. It also needed a patch in a tire due to Chrysler's tow company getting a bolt stuck in it. Four days later and only thing Planet Dodge was able to do was replace the battery. I ended up taking it across the street to Firestone who fixed the tire in about 40 minutes. After four days of Planet Dodge having my vehicle when I went to pick it up the service advisor turned his back to me and walked away and didn't even issue an apology. How can this dealership stay in business? Unreal!

They are the most inefficient dealership I have ever seen! My 2002 Chrysler Town & Country van broke down, so I had a tow truck take it to this dealer. The van only has 36,000 miles on it and I've been the only owner. I asked the tow truck guy to take a look at the van and see if it was the battery. He said the battery was fine, but it looked like the fuel pump was the problem. \r\n\r\nThe dealership said the problem was the battery, the battery terminals, the computer, and an oil leak. They also said the gas filter, fuel injectors and air filter were dirty and transmission service was needed. I immediately became suspicious because I had those same 4 services recently done at another Chrysler dealer, so I told them not to perform those. Two days later, they said that when they installed the computer, they noticed the fuel pump was broken. The tow truck guy had told me it was the fuel pump!!! I think the fuel pump was the only problem with my van and they just made up all that other stuff about the battery, computer, and oil leak to make more money off me. Then I had to argue with the manager to get them to honor my 10 year warranty to cover the fuel pump. They finally agreed, but said they did not have the fuel pump in stock so it would take a couple of days. A few days later, they said the fuel pump arrived, but now they found another problem with the manifold leaking air. They said they couldn't locate the part and took several more days. Every couple of days, they would find a new problem!!! I no longer believe a word they say.\r\n\r\nWhen I arrived to pick up the van, I asked a few questions to my service representative, Jorge, and I saw that he just gave me nonsense answers just to get me off his back. I also caught him in a few outright bold-faced lies. At this dealership, they think the customers are patsys and fools. Now a week later, the check engine light is on and the van is sluggish when I accelerate. I dread having to take the car back there!!!\r\n

I?m in the process to lemon law my 2005 Dodge Caravan after 6 times of taking the car Planet Dodge they still can?t figure out the problems my car has, It has a roaring noise, when the car is accelerated, that the dealer says that it is manufacturing defect, that ebeen said it also has a gas smell, regardless of the level of the tank, type of gasoline or time of day,.\r\nI have taken the car to the last attempt for dodge to repair and two days later after I eter the car to the dealer the dodge representative from head quarter calls me to say that, since I did not take the car to the dealer to be inspected my case was forfeited, (gess what they have misplaced the car in the dealer) while I was holding a claim ticket and a voucher number, after two hours they finally found it, the blamed the weakest link, the only nice guy in the dealership, (The Valet Guy) while I?m on the phone with Chrysler corporate, I take a phone call on my cell phone, the service lady from the dealer saying that my car was ready, good enough the found the car the opened the hood and the concluded that the car was ready for pick up, I had requested an oil change and that was not done either all this while the Damian Chrysler guy is on hold after I tell him what toodk place, he prevented me from taking my car from the dealer, ?there must be a misunderstanding?\r\nMy car is been there for five additional days, I just picked it up and guess what my oil was not changed, the only CD I left is not there, my garage remote desapeared, and the noise and the smell continue.\r\nThis is my second and my last Dodge vehicle, and my last, not to mention that these are some of the things the car has been on the dealer Bad Window, Engine Light On, Bad CD player, Bad DVD player, Gas Smell and Roaring noise the casr doen?t enven have 24K miles.\r\n\r\nPlanet Dodge and Dodge in General the rudest, most inefficient customer service experience ever!\r\nPlease buy and service your car elsewhere.

I had a 8 month old Dodge RAM Pick Up Truck under Bumper to Bumper Warranty for two years. I had the oil changed every 3,000 miles. I have the receipts for my oil change.\r\n\r\nThen my head gasket almost blew. I had it towed to Planet Dodge, because I lived close by. Opps. \r\n\r\nThe service guy told me the truck was not covered under warranty. He said I needed to pay a labor charge of around $85/hour, which is higher than BMW charges (and BMW honors their warranties). Then he told me I was lucky because they saved my engine! Are you serious? I was then told I need to pay $500 because they looked at the engine (no work was done). I left it there and they charged me $1500 to fix the seals on the head gasket. AND, it took them two weeks!\r\n\r\nI will never buy a Dodge again. Fron now on I will own a nice vehicle, becuase it will less expensive the warranty will be honored. No wonder North American car manufacturers and dealers have such a bad reputation. \r\n\r\nI would advise buying am import (they honor the warranties). Also, we get all of or vehicles fixed at some no name mechanic because the price is half, the time is a fraction, and the quality is better.
