I have a crown done 2 years ago. When it was first done - by 3 different doctors as the doctors change constantly- it did not fir right. I went the second time and was told that it takes some time to adjust. By the way , every time I was there for cleaving, I was forced for periodental shots for my gums and I paid over 400-500 each time for the extra drugs insurance did not cover.

Anyway, last September, the doctor checked my crown and told me that it must be redone. But she needed the corporate office'e approval to replace it. They told me that it takes some time and they will call me when they get the approval. I received a call after 3 months and went to their office for replacing the crown and cleaning.

They took x-rays first stating that it has been over 1 year since my last visit and then I waited 1 hour for the doctor. The doctor - of course a new one - checked my teeth and when I told her the reason of my visit, she went to talk to the office manager. Then she came back and told me that they can not replace the crown because there was no request for approval!!!!!

I explained her that I was called by their office and all the story...then I spoke with the office manager lady who also stated that she was one of the three people who needs to sign for approval of redoing my crown, listened to me. She then said that the warranty on the crown was expired, so I had to pay for it again!!!!! I asked her how long a crown last in general - answer is 7-15 years- and why would I want it replaced if it was done at the first place. She kept telling me the warranty has expired.

They also did dentures for my husband 4 years ago and he had to get it done 3 times because the tooth was falling off the denture!!!

It is a lousy office, the dental hygenist told me that they did not even schedule my cleaning on that day, etc.

To cut it short: don't go there. Bad , bad bad service. It is a rip off. They do not care as it is a corporate business..

EVERYTIME my family has been there over the last year we were hit with additonal charges. Cancer screening ($59) flouride rinse ($16) and even hit with unnecessary periodontal treatment $200 each. They solicited my teenage kids who fell for it the first time but never again - we found another dentist.

Due to our insurance company originally only having coast dental offices to choose from in Lake Mary, we chose it b/c it was close to home... from the moment I walked in their office, I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but had made an appt. for a cleaning and figured how bad could it be... Besides the office being dirty and smelly, there was such a language barrier with the staff, I thought I was in a foreign country. Well after what seemed to be 37 x-rays, they told me that I had 7 cavities and needed a veneer! I was totally shocked and could not believe what they were telling me. They insisted that I need to get these taken care of asap and said that they could schedule them for that day and/or for the next day. I told them that I had to think about it and that since my insurance left me with almost $2000 outta pocket, I couldn't do anything right away. They insisted that if I waited I would have to get root canals and they brought me a finance plan for me to look over and sign while in the examining chair. I never even received a cleaning and every time I asked a question... the Dentists English was so bad, she just kept saying "I will take care of it for you"... I left and went to a Dentist outta network for a second opinion - amazingly enough - NOT ONE of those 7 Cavities was legit!!! And the veneer was for the tip on my eye tooth and according to my bite, it would have been rubbed down in months - AMAZING!!! I have since written to our insurance company and am awaiting a response. Ironically enough if you read my review on Dr. Ho... he was just added to the plan several months ago because so many of us complained about Coast and well you saw what then happened with him. I am just sick, why can't there be a dentist that is in business b/c they actually want to help people and not for making that almighty dollar!!!

I have been here 3 times and each time has been far less than impressive. They are extremely slow to acknowledge you or sign you in. My first appointment was just an exam and X-rays and I was there for more than 2 hours. On my second
