Jaxson's

Jaxson's was Great! The food was delicious! We had the hookiemelt which is grilled chicken tenders smothered in sour cream and mild, medium or hot sauce, with a variety of melted cheeses on top all baked to a perfection that exploded into a wonderful taste sensation in our mouths! We had a side of the garlic bread with this which was sliced to just the right size for dabbing at the sour cream and cheeses. It also did not have too much butter or garlic and was not burnt. My husband had the prime rib which he prefers rare and it was and exceptional cut and done to his liking. My daughters had the king crab legs which came out of their claws with just a little resistance. I had the grilled chicken caesar salad which was light and refreshing and enough to fill me and flavorful.

Jaxsons has resently opened for breakfast and what a treat! They offer all of the usual breakfast items in a friendly atmosphere. We liked the eggs and hash browns (ask for them extra crispy if you like) and the biscuits are great! They are closed on Monday mornings.

Jaxson's offers a superb dining experience! Their menu offers original selections such as hookie melt, chicken yeng & yang, Jaxson's jalopy dip, grilled grouper salad and rib-eye salad. The entrees include mahi-mahi, fried oysters, Alaskan snow crab, stone crab, coconut shrimp, filet mignon, fajitas and prime rib (on select nights) - all FRESH and DELICIOUS! In fact, Jaxsons' says they have built their reputation on serving only the best ingredients, bread, product and meats. They say that annually they serve an estimated 1.5 tons of burger, 2 tons of chicken and 2.5 tons of prime rib steak. YUM! Make sure, though, that you save room for a piece of Jaxson's fabulous fried cheesecake for dessert. It is to die for!
