I contact this place locate at florida ave and bears ave, next to aldi supermarket. They told me they accept dentalquest insurance, so I make the appoiment for my mother , the first time that she went to this place they told to my brother that my mother insurance will cover my mom crown and they measure her mouth, today she went to a cleaning, her insurance cover two per year one deep cleaning and another regular, after she wait in one of the cubes for her cleaning for almost an hour a woman with the name of magy" told her that she need to leave the office that they wont do the cleaning with out any reason after they schedule to her the appoiment for a cleaning . This woman who is a arrogant,anty-profecional,anty-diplomatic , idle,lazy and loser was making fun of my mom because she don't speak any inglish and she did not wants that my brother went with her to the cube in the back. My mom is a woman of 75 years old who deserved to be threat with respect and dignity like as any other person, but I think the mother of this discusting woman probably is skunk only like that can understand the reason for this woman to be so sarcastic, discusting and false people on who the people shouldn't visit this place never ever. With those good reason on my size I wont recommend this place if they are so false with a senior what the rest of the world can expect from them.

I am writing in response to this patients' child's complaint. None of the staff makes promises that insurance will cover all services, because they (insurances) do not. We have patients who speak many languages and within the office five are spoken fluently. We DO NOT treat people disrespectfully, and it is difficult to explain a treatment plan to a daughter who obviously, by her own description never visited the office herself. Dentistry can be difficult for some patients to understand, especially when it comes to money, because they want what is "free" but their treatment may be more complicated and this is not acceptable to them. We have no lazy, loser employees and we treat others as we expect to be treated ourselves. We do not make fun and we certainly do not tell patients to get out after they have sat down to commence treatment. As stated in our office description, we do make treatment plans for patients before their appointments and we do collect payment prior to the appointment. Therefore, it is impossible for us to spring a bill onto a patient that they haven't been informed of. This complaintant may want to consider to look within herself for the solution, because we have certainly done nothing to deserve such unkind and untrue words to be spoken against us as a business or in her personal insults to individuals within the business.
