Be careful what you order!!! I ordered a fall arrangement based on a picture on Tele-Floras website. It had yellow daisies, orange stargazer lillies, orange roses, red gerbera daisy, alstromeria and oak leaves as a filler. When my friend showed me the arrangement it had the roses, alstromeria and one gerbera daisy. It was filled with these ugly white flowers I had never seen before and a TON of baby breath. There was nothing FALL about this arrangement. It looked like a summer or spring arrangement my 3 year old could have made. I understand if they don't have the flowers they can replace them with something of EQUAL quality and value. Well, I called and the excuses came pouring in. "The picture of the arrangement that I ordered was in black and white". "My $55.00 really wasn't that much because a lot is taken off the top". "He didn't know it was supposed to be a fall arrangement"(and so on).
The order came through Tele-Flora and he had the recipe for the arrangement in his hand, which he proceeded to read to me. It was at that point when I realized I was taken for a sucker. He just read me the proof I needed. Where were the daisies, oak leaves and star gazer lillies? They are not out of season because you can get them at Publix or Walmart. He did offer to make it better but what were they going to do? Go to my friend's house and take the ugly one back? For those of you who may think I am being to picky, Im not. It isn't in my nature. But in these days and times with the economy in the can and you would like to support the businesses in your community there shouldn't be anyonebeing taken advantage of. If you order an expensive steak in a restaurant and you order it medium rare and it comes out well done, or vice versa, I bet you're going to say something. You should get what you ask for no matter the cost!!!
Just because they are one of the few florists in the area does NOT make them the best!!

This little florist, which has competition within a couple of miles and even more in Clermont, proves itself as the best choice for our church and people again and again. They are reliable, cooperative, imaginative and trustworthy. We are very happy they provide beautiful arrangements and other products for our worship space and fellowship events.

There really is not a whole lot of florists in town unless you want to go Publix or somewhere like that. Kim Es Flowers is a nice choice for those special occasions like Prom Homecoming or Valentine's Day. The prices are pretty competitive with the other florists in the area.
