Okay so they use normal terms to describe your vehicles issues. They make sure that everything is alright with you first. Stuart is down to earth and makes you feel as if your business matters. He greets you when you walk up and makes sure that you understand all of what they are suggestion. He isn't one of those who talks alot using big words and confuses you, he makes sure you get and will help in finding places to get work done if he can't do it. Great shop.
